At Park Resorts we offer holidays in Caravan, Bungalow, Chalet, Apartment or Lodge accommodation at our 39 UK coastal Holiday Parks. Touring and camping holidays are available at 24 of our Parks.
Caravan Holiday Homes are available at all 39 Parks, which are graded as Bronze, Silver, Silver plus, Gold, Gold plus or Platinum. Specially adapted accessible caravans for people with extra mobility requirements are also available at selected Parks.
Chalet, Bungalow, Apartment and Lodge accommodation is available at selected Parks and graded as Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum, with the exception of Signature Lodges at Lower Hyde Holiday Park on the Isle of Wight.
Touring Caravans, motorhomes and tents are accepted at 24 of our Parks although not all are accepted at all Parks, please check with your selected Park prior to booking. Pitch types vary by Park and include electric pitches, non-electric pitches and super pitches.
We also have Ready to use Tents at Nodes Point Holiday Park on the Isle of Wight.

Travel cots for caravans and chalets are available for hire at a charge of £10 per break, plus a £10 refundable deposit. Your travel cot must be collected from reception, where the £10 refundable deposit is also payable. This deposit will be returned to you once the travel cot is taken back to reception in the condition it was hired, at the end of your holiday. Please remember to bring your own cot linen. In most accommodation the travel cot will fit in the lounge only.
You are welcome to hire a highchair from reception for a cost of £10 plus a £10 refundable deposit. A limited number of highchairs can be hired from most parks but are subject to availability so it's always best to request this at the time of booking or call us before your stay to make sure.

Bookings of more than one unit of accommodation cannot be made online.

We accept rallies for organisations and other official groups and clubs at some of our camping & touring Parks located throughout the UK. With fantastic facilities & entertainment, plus great value for money pitch prices, our Parks have a great atmosphere for your gathering. Please contact the Park of your choice to find out more information and to make your booking.
Please note: Park Resorts operates family Holiday Parks and to maintain the family environment on our Parks we regret that we are unable to accept parties of people under the age of 18.
Selected single sex parties, or parties of guests under the age of 25, may be accepted at our discretion, please check with our friendly sales team or the Park of your choice prior to booking.

Your accommodation will be available from:
12.00pm If you have booked onto a camping & touring pitch,
1.30pm if you have booked into Gold, Platinum, or Signature Lodge Accommodation,
2.00pm if you have booked into a room at St Margaret's Hotel,
2.30pm if you have booked into Silver accommodation,
2.30pm if you have booked into a room at Southview Hotel,
4pm if you have booked into Bronze accommodation,
4pm if you have booked a Ready-To-Use-Tent,
on the day of your arrival once it has been cleaned and prepared for you.
Please note that your touring/tent pitch will not be held any later than 8pm on the day of arrival, unless prior arrangements have been made with the park. For holiday accommodation, you must claim your accommodation by 8am on the day after your holiday was due to start, otherwise we will treat your booking as cancelled.
In order for us to prepare for our next guests we do ask that you vacate your holiday accommodation or tent/touring pitch by 10am on the day of your departure.
If you are booked into St Margaret’s Bay Hotel we also ask you to vacate by 10am. If you are booked into Southview Hotel you must check-out by 11am.

In order to check-in you will need your holiday confirmation letter, this will have been sent to you in the post unless you booked online, in which case you will have received this by email.
Bed linen is supplied and your beds will be made up ready for your arrival, however we do not supply towels, toilet roll or dishwashing materials so please remember to bring these with you.
Remember to pack everything you require whilst you are with us. Most of our on Park shops stock essentials for anything you may have forgotten, and you will also find a shop in the local area.

The price you pay for your holiday includes entertainment passes for the total number of guests in your party, so that you can access all that our Parks have to offer during your stay:

Most dogs are welcome in Bronze accommodation, at a charge of £50 per dog per week and £30 per dog per short break. Up to a maximum of two animals are permitted per unit of accommodation. This excludes new model Caravans. Other pets may be permitted at the discretion of the Park General Manager.
Dogs are also welcome on your Camping & Touring holiday, for between £1 and £3 per night depending on the time of year.
Please contact the Park or our friendly reservations team to discuss charges prior to making your booking.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in holiday accommodation at Eyemouth Holiday Park or ready made tents at Nodes Point Holiday Park.
Where dogs are permitted, they must wear a collar and identity tag and be kept on a lead under the control of a responsible adult at all times. They must not be left in accommodation unattended. Dogs and other pets are not allowed in our facility buildings, restaurants or food serving areas and swimming pool areas. These restrictions do not apply to guide dogs.
We reserve the right to require the owner of any dog or other pet to remove it from the park if we consider it a nuissance or to be interfering wth the general comfort of guests.
Certains types of dogs are not allowed on any Park Resorts Park, in order to maintain the safety and well being of our guests. These include but are not restricted to, Pitbull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasiliero and Japanese Tosa.
