Off-setting the cost

Income Promise Scheme

With the Income Promise scheme the amount of income is confirmed prior to the start of the letting period, and can either be used towards the cost of your Caravan purchase or held as credit towards the following year’s pitch fees. Often this will cover the cost of site fees, but this is dependant on the number of weeks you choose to let your Caravan, and also the cost of the site fees for your chosen pitch and Park.

    We provide you with an Income Promise Agreement which is valid for 12 months, so you’re not tied in for too long.

    Even if we don’t manage to let your Caravan Holiday Home on a specific date, we will still honour our agreement.

    All running costs, including gas, electricity, breakages and replacements will be billed for throughout the season. As an Owner benefiting from Guaranteed Income, you are responsible for all running costs.

    All cleaning costs are covered by the Park, at no cost to you.

    If you decide that actually you’d like to use your Caravan on one of the dates that you have given us to use, then you may still be able to. You just need to allow at least a month’s notice and we will always endeavour to accommodate your wishes wherever possible. There will be a small administration charge for date changes which will be confirmed to you when you speak to the Owners letting Team.
