New Developments for Owners at Park Resorts

Refurbished clubs/showbars

Our Owners love to sit back and enjoy the dazzling line-up of entertainment in our showbars. That’s why we’ve invested thousands into refurbishing and developing our Oasis Showbar at Cayton Bay in Yorkshire, Waterfront Showbar at Carmarthen Bay in South Wales and our Clifftop Bar at California Cliffs in Norfolk.

We have replaced the club furniture and carpet in The Grange Entertainment Centre at Highfield Grange in Essex and making improvements to the club facilities at Cresswell Towers, Sunnydale, Cayton Bay, Coopers Beach, Camber Sands and Thorness Bay.

Refurbished swimming pools

During our closed periods in the Winter we have been busy working to improve our swimming pool facilities for you, for 2010. Camber Sands in East Sussex and Shurland Dale in Kent have benefited from refurbished swimming pools.

We’ve invested in a newly refurbished indoor swimming pool and changing rooms at Valley Farm in Essex and the surrounding areas of the indoor pools at Brynowen in West Wales and Barmston Beach in Yorkshire have also been refurbished, along with a new waterslide at Barmston Beach.

Plus, we’ve made improvements to the pool at Ty Mawr in North Wales, the pool and changing areas at Bideford Bay in Devon and the changing area at Romney Sands in Kent, plus some minor improvements at Nodes Point in the Isle of Wight.

New receptions & sales offices

Our NEW reception & sales office at Cresswell Towers in the North East is a major investment for 2010, along with a refurbished sales office at Skipsea Sands in Yorkshire and a refurbished reception & sales office at Ashcroft Coast in Kent.

New adventure play areas

We have a new adventure play area at Cresswell Towers in the North East, Withernsea Sands in Yorkshire, Brynowen in West Wales and Breydon Water in Norfolk. There is also a new crazy golf course at Carmarthen Bay in South Wales.

Other improvements

As well as all the fantastic new developments above, we’ll also been making upgrades and improvements to street lighting, roads and pathways, fire walls between caravans, drainage and park landscaping.

Parks benefiting from some of these upgrades include Sandy Bay in the North East, Sandylands in Scotland, Withernsea Sands and Skipsea Sands in Yorkshire, Naze Marine, Highfield Grange, Waterside, Weeley Bridge and Coopers Beach in Essex, plus our Isle of Wight Parks.
