If you have friends or family that would like to visit you whilst on holiday with Park Resorts, we do ask that they visit reception, so that the Duty Manager can arrange a Day Pass for them.

Yes, most of our Parks have a cash point where you can withdraw money. There is however a small charge for this service.

Many of our Parks have caravans adapted for wheelchair users and people with limited mobility, when searching for your holiday online please select Accessible to find these particular units.
If you have any other special requests regarding your holiday accommodation please advise us when making your booking by calling our Reservations Team on 0844 415 0055.
We are happy to provide as much advice and information as you require over the phone regarding the accessibility of our Parks and accommodation. Special requests cannot be made a condition of your booking as they are always subject to availability.

Due to the increasing popularity of Park Resorts Holidays we often receive requests from TV and other companies to film or photograph on our Parks, including shooting our own material. Every effort is made to ensure filming or photography does not intrude on your holiday and we will always endeavour that it is made clear to guests when taking place. Please ensure you and your family are aware of positioning of cameras at all times. We will not accept responsibility if, contrary to your wishes, you appear on film or in photographs and we will not make any financial award or payment of any kind.

No, all of our Park Resorts Holiday Parks are in the UK, situated at beautiful coastal locations throughout England, Wales and Scotland.

Every Park offers entertainment but this does vary depending on the time of the year.
During school holidays all Parks will be in full swing offering daytime children's clubs, evening entertainment including family shows, theme nights, bands and Cabaret almost every day of the week.
During school term time you will mostly find a quieter entertainment programme with our larger Parks offering a full programme of entertainment at weekends.

Park Resorts has a fantastic range of facilities available at each of our Parks. They do vary from Park to Park, so it is worth checking at the time of booking, if you require specific facilities. See the Park pages for details of what's on offer at your preferred Park.
Usual facilities include indoor and/or outdoor pools, soft play, adventure playground, Sparky’s Krew Club for 5-11 year olds and The Mix for 12-16 year olds, sports court, pool tables and amusements to name a few. We also have Park shops, takeaways, launderettes and restaurants at most of our Parks.

Park Resorts offers family holidays and has plenty on offer to keep the kids entertained.
Sparky’s Krew Club – for energetic 5-11 year olds we have some fantastic fun & games for the kids to join in with.
The Mix – for 12-16 year olds is a place to hang out, chill, meet people and get up to some pretty cool stuff along the way.
These clubs are not child-minding facilities and children are not always supervised on playgrounds, etc.

Dogs are welcome at all of our Parks, with the exception of Eyemouth Holiday Park.
Dogs are only permitted to stay in Bronze accommodation (Excluding 2010 models) at a charge of £50 per dog per week and £30 per dog per short break, up to a maximum of 2 dogs per unit of accommodation.
Dogs must wear a collar and identity tag and be kept on a lead at all times whilst under the control of a responsible adult.
Other pets may be permitted at the discretion of the Park General Manager, please call the Park for more information.
Certain breeds of dogs are not allowed on Park Resorts Parks, in order to maintain the safety and well being of our guests. These include but are not limited to:
Pitbull Terrier
Japanese Tosa
Dogo Argentino
Fila Brasiliero
These restrictions do not always apply to guide dogs.
Please note, that we reserve the right to require the owner of any dog or other pet to remove it from the Park if we consider it a nuisance or to be interfering with the general comfort of the other guests.
