  • How do I contact the Park?

You can call Martello Beach FREE on 0808 180 9324 to talk to one of our Owners Elite team or email sales.martellobeach@park-resorts.com. The team should be contactable from around 9am until early evening 7 days a week. If for any reason you can't get through please feel free to call our Central Team FREE on 0808 180 6643 (generally 9am-7pm 6 days and 10-7pm on a Sunday).
  • How do I find the Park?

    The Park address is:
    Martello Beach Holiday Park
    Belsize Avenue
    Jaywick
    Clacton-on-Sea
    Essex
    CO15 2LF

Follow the A12 towards Colchester. Take the A133 to Clacton-on-Sea. On the outskirts of Clacton Town, turn right onto the B1077 (St. John’s Road). Continue for approximately 1.5 miles and then turn left onto Jaywick Lane (just after Clacton Garden Centre). Continue for 3 miles and then follow the road signs for Martello Beach Holiday Park and Martello Tower Visual Arts Centre.
  • Is the Park wheelchair friendly?

The main complex of the site is wheelchair friendly, if in the event you find it difficult to manoeuvre around please ask for assistance and we will do all that we can to help.
  • When is the Park open?

Martello Beach is open to our Owners for an extended Owner's season from around the 1st March until 31st October (we open a few weeks later to our owners each year). Although owners are welcome to enjoy time at their caravan or lodge during their extended season, please be aware that all facilities are closed from November until April with no entertainment provided during that time.

As we are a Holiday Park, Owners are not permitted to live in their Holiday Home here. Our Owners Elite team can give you all the details. We find that the majority of our owners choose to stay at their Caravan over weekends and for short holidays and, whilst some Owners do stay for longer periods throughout the year, they do not wish to use their Caravan as a second home. It's a Holiday Home!

  • When is reception open?

Reception and our Owners Elite Office are generally open from around 9am until 7pm 7 days a week. If for any reason the reception is closed during these hours, or if you need to reach us outside of these hours we'll always provide a security number to call, which will be answered 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
  • Can I bring my pet?

You are welcome to bring your dog to your Holiday Home here. Most dog breeds (up to a maximum of 2 dogs) are welcome in your Caravan Holiday Home or Lodge. If you think that there may be any reason why we wouldn't allow you to bring your dog(s) onto the park then please ask the General Manager before you decide whether to buy a Holiday Home here. All pets are accepted at the General Manager's discretion.

Certain types of dog are not permitted on any Park Resorts Park, in order to maintain the safety and well being of all our guests. These include, but are not restricted to, Pitbull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasiliero and Japanese Tosa.

Where dogs are allowed, they must always wear a collar and identity tag and be kept on a lead under the control of a responsible adult at all times. Dogs and other pets are not allowed in facility buildings, restaurants or food servery areas and swimming pool areas. These restrictions do not apply to guide dogs. We reserve the right to require the owner of any dog or other pet to remove it from the Park if we consider it a nuisance or to be interfering with the general comfort of guests.

If you'd like to bring any other pet other than a dog, please have a chat to the team.

Please bear in mind that if you are planning to have a pet and also to let your Holiday Home to holidaymakers, we will only be able to let it out as Bronze accommodation, regardless of the age, make or model. The Owners Elite team can talk you through this.
