All prices, photos and details are accurate to the best knowledge of the content manager, however human error can result in inaccuracies. Should you have a keen interest in a specific caravan, please call the park to check that it is still available before setting off for your visit.

Free 2013 pitch fees for any new customer who completes within 7 days and pays in full, by 31st December 2013. For customers who complete within 8 to 15 days, 2013 pitch fees will be half price. For customers who complete within 16 to 22 days, 2013 pitch fees will be charged at 25% off. Pitch fee discount will be deducted from the park’s pitch fees on a pro-rata basis. Separate terms and conditions will apply, e.g. park rules and pitch licence agreement. These offers may be amended or withdrawn at any time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. You will still be responsible for paying other costs incurred by your caravan during this time such as general rates and water & sewage rates, insurance, Ramtech alarm system, electricity meter, administration and maintenance charges, bottled or piped gas, repairs to your caravan, winterisation and drain down charges. Bring On Offer

Move your static caravan from a non-Park Resorts park to one of our parks for FREE. ≈Free bring on offer, only available on selected parks and selected pitches. Bring on must be from another holiday park, and proof of ownership at that park must be provided. The caravan must have been bought from a holiday park and must have been owned for at least a year before bringing on to Park Resorts, proof of the original sales invoice will be required. Written details available upon request. Transportation and connection of your caravan is free when moving from a non-Park Resorts UK Holiday Park to a Park Resorts Park (excluding Northern Ireland). Distance restrictions apply –transportation costs only covered up to £500. Existing Park Resorts Owners may be liable for a charge.

Tourer Part Exchange Offer:

* Part exchange monies must be used towards the cost of your new Caravan Holiday Home. Part exchange monies will be subject to age, make, model and condition of your Tourer or Motorhome. Between 1st and 14th May 2013, customers who part exchange their Tourer and buy a Static Caravan (and pay within 7 days) are entitled to an extra £2000 part exchange monies which must be used towards the cost of your new Caravan Holiday Home. Subject to availability, selected Park Resorts Parks only. Offer is only available from the 1st May 2013 and expires on the 14th May 2013. This offer is for Touring customers only. Try Before You Buy offer March-April 2013

*A Try Before You Buy break is an opportunity for a customer considering buying a Caravan to experience the ownership lifestyle at a reduced 'try before you buy cost. The full cost of the break is payable by the customer at time of booking and is for up to 6 people in March and April 2013 only. Breaks must be taken between 15 March - 29 April 2013 and not during Easter weekend. Subject to availability and operated on a first come, first served basis. Selected parks only. We cannot accept any parties of single sex people under the age of 18. All parties are accepted at the Company’s discretion. No pets allowed. Bookings to the Isle of Wight will require travel by ferry at an discounted rate of £30 per car in addition to the nightly rate quoted above which can be booked at a discounted rate through Park Resorts. Park Resorts reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. We will refund the cost of your Try Before You Buy stay that has been booked if your purchase completes within 7 days and before May 31st 2013. Proof of booking will be required. Refund up to the value of £80 will be in the form of a credit towards your caravan deposit. Facilities vary between parks and may not be open during the time of your Try Before You Buy visit.

At other parks the starting price can be from £19,995. The price always varies by model of caravan and by park. All 'from' prices are exclusive of 2013 season pitch fees and connection costs. Pitch Fees are charged annually in addition to the Caravan purchase price and always vary by Park Resorts park and pitch location. Park Resorts reserves the right to change prices or withdraw discounts at any time.

Post your holiday snaps of the Park onto Facebook and we could be using your picture in our brochure and on our website. Dig out those holiday albums or get snapping when you're at your Holiday Home. Photos can be of any aspect of the Park – Caravan shots, entertainment or just simply showing what a fab time you’ve had while you're at your Holiday Home!

By posting your photos on our social network and/or website pages you are automatically giving us permission to use these shots in our brochure, on our website and in our advertising. We will always do our best to notify you if your pictures are used. We reserve the right to remove any unsuitable pictures from our Facebook and website pages.

Enquiry forms submitted on this website and on other Park Resorts websites are handled by a member of the Owners Elite team. From time to time there may be an error which restricts such enquiries from reaching our team. In the event that this happens Park Resorts will endeavour to fix the issue as soon as made aware of it. Should you require confirmation of receipt of your enquiry, please always call to check that we received it.

Telephone calls

º Calls to 0808 numbers are free of charge from most landlines. Calls to 0844 numbers are charged at 5p per minute with a connection charge of 6p. If calling from a mobile phone these charges will vary. Opening hours vary by date, although the team will always endeavour to respond to a customer's enquiry as quickly as possible.

Pricing & VAT:

Park Resorts reserve the right to withdraw or change prices at any time, and increase prices where there is an increase in Value Added Tax applicable to the purchase of a Caravan Holiday Home. Please note that all prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the rate of 20% where relevant.

The purchase of the caravan itself does not incur VAT, however all removable items within your caravan are subject to VAT.

When you become an owner at one of the 39 Holiday Parks we will take you through the terms and conditions of sale and our Code of Practice, Pitch License Agreement and our Park Rules which are individual to your chosen Park. Please refer to these at all times.
