  • How can I find your Parks?

    Detailed instructions on how to find the Park can be found on the Park page, visit Our Parks and choose your desired Park and then select FAQ's.
  • Can I withdraw money on the Park?

    Most of our Parks have a cash point where you can withdraw money. This may be subject to service provider fees.
  • How can I contact the Parks?

    You will find the Park contact details on the Park pages of this website, you will also find a list of our Parks in the 'Our Parks' section, alternatively you can click 'Contact Us' to obtain the phone number of each Park and other useful phone numbers.
  • Can our friends visit us whilst we're on holiday?

    If you have friends or family that would like to visit you whilst on holiday with Park Resorts, we do ask that they visit reception to obtain a Day Pass. Please note Day Passes are subject to availability at the time of enquiry, as we can only offer Day Passes on dates where the park is not fully booked.
  • Will there be TV filming and photography on the Parks?

    Due to the increasing popularity of Park Resorts Holidays we often receive requests from TV and other companies to film or photograph on our Parks, including shooting our own material. Every effort is made to ensure filming or photography does not intrude on your holiday and we will always endeavour that it is made clear to guests when this is taking place. Please ensure you and your family are aware of positioning of cameras at all times. We will not accept responsibility if, contrary to your wishes, you appear on film or in photographs and we will not make any financial award or payment of any kind.
  • Do you sell and service touring caravans?

    No we do not. Many of our Parks do accept touring caravans in part-exchange for a static Holiday Home.
  • Do you have Parks that accept Touring & Camping?

    We accept touring caravans at 24 of our Holiday Parks and have camping facilities at 15 of these. Check the Our Parks section for more information.
  • How can I get a job with Park Resorts?

    Park Resorts are always keen to recruit talented and enthusiastic team members. We have a recruitment section on our website, where you can apply online for a specific position. Click on the 'Jobs' section of the website.
  • How can I buy a Holiday Home?

    We sell a wide range of new and previously owned Holiday Homes at all of our 39 Parks, to suit all budgets. We also offer affordable finance plans in addition to our unique letting programmes, so that you can earn extra income when you are not using your Holiday Home.   • What facilities are available at the Parks?

    Park Resorts has a fantastic range of facilities available at each of our Parks. They do vary from Park to Park, so it is worth checking at the time of booking, if you require specific facilities. See the Park pages for details of what's on offer at your preferred Park.

    Usual facilities include indoor and/or outdoor pools, soft play areas, adventure playgrounds, Sparky’s Krew Club for 5-11 year olds and The Mix for 12-16 year olds, sports courts, pool tables and amusements to name a few. We also have Park shops, takeaways, launderettes and restaurants at most of our Parks.
  • Is there entertainment on every Park?

    Every Park offers entertainment but this does vary depending on the time of the year.

    During school holidays all Parks will be in full swing offering daytime children's clubs, evening entertainment including family shows, theme nights, bands and Cabaret almost every day of the week.

    During school term time you will find a quieter entertainment programme with our larger Parks offering a full programme of entertainment at weekends.

  • Do you have Parks abroad?

    No, all of our Park Resorts Holiday Parks are in the UK, situated at beautiful coastal locations throughout England, Wales and Scotland.
  • Are there clubs that kids can join in with?

    Park Resorts offers family holidays and has plenty on offer to keep the kids entertained.

    Sparky’s Krew Club is perfect for energetic 5-11 year olds with fantastic fun & games to keep them entertained!

    The Mix is ideal for 12-16 year olds and is a place to hang out, chill, meet people and get up to some pretty cool stuff along the way.

    Children remain the responsibility of their parents and guardians at all times. We do not provide supervision of children during the children's clubs.
  • How many Parks do Park Resorts own?

    Park Resorts is the leading operator of medium sized family Holiday Parks where you can enjoy the freedom of self-catering accomodation in some of your favourite coastal holiday hotspots throughout England, Scotland and Wales. Our Parks provide a wide range of facilities for the whole family on the park and are also ideal bases from which to explore the local area and attractions off the park.

    We now operate 39 coastal Holiday Park locations that specialise in holidays for families and couples in quality caravan, chalet, bungalow, apartment and lodge accommodation. 24 Parks also welcome tenting and touring. Please see the Park pages for more information.
  • Where are the Parks situated?

    Our family caravan and camping Holiday Parks are situated in coastal locations throughout England, Wales and Scotland.

  • Can I bring my pet to the Park?

    Most dogs are welcome in Bronze accommodation, at a charge of £50 per dog per week and £30 per dog per short break. Up to a maximum of two animals are permitted per unit of accommodation. This excludes new model Caravans. Other pets may be permitted at the discretion of the Park General Manager. Please contact the Park or our friendly reservations team to discuss charges prior to making your booking.

    Please note that dogs are not allowed in holiday accommodation at Eyemouth Holiday Park or ready made tents at Nodes Point Holiday Park.

    Where dogs are permitted, they must wear a collar and identity tag and be kept on a lead under the control of a responsible adult at all times. They must not be left in accommodation unattended. Dogs and other pets are not allowed in our facility buildings, restaurants or food serving areas and swimming pool areas. These restrictions do not apply to guide dogs.

    We reserve the right to require the owner of any dog or other pet to remove it from the park if we consider it a nuissance or to be interfering wth the general comfort of guests.

    Certains types of dogs are not allowed on any Park Resorts Park, in order to maintain the safety and well being of our guests. These include but are not restricted to, Pitbull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasiliero and Japanese Tosa.

  • Are the Parks located close to the beach?

    All of our Parks are close to the coast and within a short drive or a reasonable walk to the beach itself. The furthest beach from any of our parks is 25 minutes.
  • Do you have any special requirements?

    If you have a special request regarding your holiday, please advise us when making your booking and confirm your request in writing either by post or email including your telephone number in case of any query. We will endeavour to meet your requests, however this cannot be guaranteed and is not a condition of booking.
