Yes, although they must be kept raised off the ground and extreme care must be taken to make sure it is extinguished before throwing away.

If you have booked direct with us, linen is provided and your beds will be made up ready for your arrival. If you have booked using a newspaper promotional offer, bed linen will not be included unless you have requested and paid extra for this. Beds will be made up ready for your arrival if you have paid for the linen. Bed linen consists of sheets, duvets, duvet covers, pillows & pillow cases

To find us leave the M5 at junction 27 (Tiverton) and follow the signs marked A361 Barnstaple. Stay on this road and pick up signs marked Bideford and Bude. The Park is on the A39 on the right hand side in the village of Bucks Cross, approx. 8 miles from Bideford.

The main complex of the site is wheelchair friendly, if in the event you find it difficult to manoeuvre around please ask for assistance and we will do all that we can to help. The terrain of the Park is quite hilly, so we recommend using a car to get across the Park.

We recommend that you bring, towels, tea towels, washing up materials, and toilet roll with you as these are not supplied. If you have booked a holiday through The Sun and not paid extra for your bed linen you will also need to bring this with you.

The Park is open from 22nd March until 4th November 2013.

Reception will be open from 9am to 7pm for check-in, and 9am to 6pm on other days. We will give you a phone number to call should you need any assistance after hours. If you will be arriving late to the Park, please contact reception before 5pm to let us know.

Check out time is 10am on the day of departure.

Please phone reception before 7pm if you are runnning late, we can then make arrangements for your keys to be left in the bar area.

All of our units are fully equipped and contain pots and pans, kitchen utensils, plates etc, microwave, toaster and a cooker. In the lounge you will find a colour TV. Irons aren't always available so we recommend, if you require an iron, to bring your own.

It is unlikely that your accommodation will have garden furniture.

Dogs are welcome in Bronze accommodation (excluding new models) at a charge of £30 per short break and £50 per week. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per accommodation. If you wish to bring another pet please call the Park prior to making your booking. We do not charge for guide dogs and assistant dogs.

Although Bideford Bay overlooks the sea the closest beach is 15 minutes away by car.

Parking spaces are spread across the Park and are not guaranteed to be adjacent to your accommodation.

The Park does allow you to have visitors, if they intend on using the facilities they will need to purchase entertainment passes.

If you intend on using the services the Park has to offer you will need to have entertainment passes, these are included in the price of your holiday. You will need to have your passes with you to enter the complex.

We ask that you do not smoke in your accommodation whilst you are staying at the Park, likewise all public buildings are also smoke free. You are welcome to smoke in most external areas of the Park.

You will find Sky TV in the entertainment complex, your accommodation will have a TV with the basic channels.

There is a cash machine on-site, use of which is subject to any provider fees.
