My husband and I came to stay at Waterside Holiday Park and I would just like to tell you how we found our experience.
I made our reservation over the phone, the girl I spoke to was very helpful. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me, as I kept on giving her the wrong card details. my fault entirely, she was fab.
When we arrived at Waterside Holiday Park we went to the reception where we were met by very friendly staff. They were very nice and welcoming, not rushed at all. They handed us over to a man called Michael, he showed us to our plot. He was a really lovely man, very chatty and very helpful. He really made us feel welcome. I would also like to say how friendly and polite all the bar staff and all the people working in the cafe were. We really can not say a bad thing about anyone at Waterside Holiday Park. It just seems like nothing was too much trouble.
Now onto the resort itself. I would like to say how clean it was, the toilets were clean and you could see that the cleaning was done at regular intervals and toilet paper was kept topped up at all times. We were very impressed. The site was lovely and quiet.
The evenings in the pub was nice and had a nice friendly family atmosphere. We have two dogs who loved the long walks, as did we.
We can say, hand on heart, that we had a great time and will be coming back really soon. To be honest we didn't want to pack up and come home. We are looking forward in coming back again so you will be seeing us very soon. Please tell all the staff what a wonderful job there are all doing and to keep up the good work.
