If you have booked direct with us, linen is provided and your beds will be made up ready for your arrival. If you have booked using a newspaper promotional offer, bed linen will not be included unless you have requested and paid extra for this. Beds will be made up ready for your arrival if you have paid for the linen. Bed linen consists of sheets, duvets, duvet covers, pillows & pillow cases.
Yes, although they must be kept raised off the ground and extreme care must be taken to make sure it is extinguished before throwing away.
The Park address is: Breydon Water Holiday Park Butt Lane Burgh Castle Gorleston Norfolk NR31 9QB For Sat Nav use: NR31 9QB From Gt.Yarmouth on the A12 towards Lowestoft go straight over 2 roundabouts. Take the exit signposted Burgh Castle. At the bottom of the slip road, turn right at the lights, signposted Diss and Beccles. Continue on the Beccles Road for 1.5 miles and after 100 metres turn right signposted Burgh Castle and Belton. At the mini roundabout turn right onto Stepshort. Continue along this road and Bure Village is on the right, Yare Village is on the left a further 600 metres along.
The main complex of the site is wheelchair friendly, if in the event you find it difficult to maneauver around please ask for assistance and we will do all that we can to help. For detailed information please read our Breydon Water Accessibility Statement.
We recommend that you bring; towels, tea towels, washing up materials, and extra toilet roll. Towels are provided in platinum caravans only. If you have booked a holiday through The Sun and not paid extra for your bed linen you will also need to bring this with you. If you are staying on a camping & touring pitch you may also need to bring tent pegs, your wellies if it is due to rain, electrical hookup and gas.
The park is open from 18th March until 28th October 2016.
Reception will be open from 9am to 7pm for check-in, and 9am to 6pm on other days. We will give you a phone number to call should you need any assistance after hours. If you will be arriving late to the park, please contact reception before 5pm to let us know.
If you have paid a priority arrival charge please check your booking confirmation for the time your holiday home or pitch will be available. In all other cases your holiday home pitch will be available from 4pm (2pm if a touring/camping pitch) on your arrival day. If you think you may arrive after 11pm (8pm if a touring/camping pitch) please let us know. If your holiday home is not occupied by 10am on the day after your arrival day and you haven’t told us you will be arriving we will treat your booking as cancelled and re-let the holiday home or pitch. You should leave your holiday home by 10am on your departure date.

Check out time is 10am on the day of departure for all accommodation and camping & touring pitches.
Please phone reception before 7pm if you are running late, we can then make arrangements for your keys to be left in the bar area.
All of our units are fully equipped and contain pots and pans, kitchen utensils, plates etc, microwave, toaster and a cooker. In the lounge you will find a colour TV. Irons aren't always available so we recommend, if you require an iron, to bring your own.
It is unlikely that your accommodation will have garden furniture.
Dogs are welcome at our Park, in our designated pet friendly units at a charge of £40 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per accommodation. They must wear a collar and identity tag and be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs cannot be left in our accommodation unattended and they're not allowed in the Park buildings or pool areas. Some breeds of dogs, including those listed in the Dangerous Dog Act are not allowed at our Park. If a dog is proving to be a nuisance we reserve the right to require the owner to remove it.
Gorleston Beach is a 10 minute drive from the park.
There is ample parking on the park.
The park does allow you to have visitors, if they intend on using the facilities they will need to purchase entertainment passes.
If you intend on using the services the park has to offer you will need to have entertainment passes, these are included in the price of your holiday. You will need to have your passes with you to enter the complex.
We ask that you do not smoke in your accommodation whilst you are staying at the park, likewise all public buildings are also smoke free. You are welcome to smoke in most external areas of the park.
You will find Sky TV in the Entertainment Complex, also if you are staying in our accommodation you will have a TV with the basic channels.
There is a cash machine on-site, use of which is subject to any provider fees.
All of the pitches at Breydon Water are 6m x 6m.
The park does allow awnings.
