If you have booked direct with us, linen is provided and your beds will be made up ready for your arrival. If you have booked using a newspaper promotional offer, bed linen will not be included unless you have requested and paid extra for this. Beds will be made up ready for your arrival if you have paid for the linen. Bed linen consists of sheets, duvets, duvet covers, pillows & pillow cases
Yes, although they must be kept raised off the ground and extreme care must be taken to make sure it is extinguished before throwing away.
The Park address is: Fallbarrow Park Rayrigg Road Windermere Cumbria LA23 3DL For Sat Nav use LA23 3DL To find us leave the M6 at junction 36, take the left hand lane onto the A590 (signposted Kendal, Barrow) Continue forward onto the A591 (signposted Windermere) At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A591 (signposted Windermere) Continue forward on the A591 through Stavely and Ings, passing Windermere to the mini roundabout signposted Bowness, Ambleside, Ullswater) Turn left at the mini roundabout onto the A592 (signposted Bowness) Continue along A592 1.3 miles to Fallbarrow Park
The main complex of the site is wheelchair friendly, if in the event you find it difficult to manoeuvre around please ask for assistance and we will do all that we can to help. Some accommodation is based on a hill therefore please contact the park on 015394 44422 if you have special requirements, we also have a limited number of wheelchair friendly accommodation.
Towels are provided in all Lodges as well as Platinum and Gold Caravans at Fallbarrow Park. Towels are not provided in Silver and Bronze Caravans, therefore you will need to bring them with you for these units. We recommend that you bring; tea towels, washing up materials, and extra toilet roll. If you have booked a holiday through The Sun and not paid extra for your bed linen you will also need to bring this with you.
The park is open all year round, but at low points in the season (1st January - 1st March) there may be limited accommodation and facilities.

Reception will be open from 9.00am - 6pm Monday, Friday and Saturday, and 9.00am - 5pm the rest of the week. 
. If you will be arriving late to the Park, please contact reception before 5pm to let us know.

If you have paid a priority arrival charge please check your booking confirmation for the time your holiday home or pitch will be available. In all other cases your holiday home pitch will be available from 4pm (2pm if a touring/camping pitch) on your arrival day. If you think you may arrive after 11pm (8pm if a touring/camping pitch) please let us know. If your holiday home is not occupied by 10am on the day after your arrival day and you haven’t told us you will be arriving we will treat your booking as cancelled and re-let the holiday home or pitch. You should leave your holiday home by 10am on your departure date.

Check out time is 10am on the day of departure.
Please phone reception before 5pm if you are running late, we can then make arrangements for your keys to be left in the bar area.
All of our units are fully equipped and contain pots and pans, kitchen utensils, plates etc, microwave, toaster and a cooker. In the lounge you will find a colour TV. Irons aren't always available so we recommend, if you require an iron, to bring your own.
It is unlikely that your accommodation will have garden furniture.
Dogs are welcome at our Park, in our designated pet friendly units at a charge of £40 per dog. If you wish to bring another pet please call us prior to making your booking. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per accommodation. They must wear a collar and identity tag and be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs cannot be left in our accommodation unattended and they're not allowed in the Park buildings or pool areas. Some breeds of dogs, including those listed in the Dangerous Dog Act are not allowed at our Park. If a dog is proving to be a nuisance we reserve the right to require the owner to remove it.
Fallbarrow is not located next to a beach but is located on Lake Windermere.
Parking spaces are spread across the Park and are not guaranteed to be adjacent to your accommodation.
Yes the Park does allow you to have visitors.
No, there is no need for entertainment passes on Park.
We ask that you do not smoke in your accommodation whilst you are staying at the Park, likewise all public buildings are also smoke free. You are welcome to smoke in most external areas of the Park.
You will find Sky TV in the entertainment complex, your accommodation will have a TV with the basic channels.
There is a cash point available in the bar area.
