If you have booked direct with us, linen is provided and your beds will be made up ready for your arrival. If you have booked using a newspaper promotional offer, bed linen will not be included unless you have requested and paid extra for this. Beds will be made up ready for your arrival if you have paid for the linen. Bed linen consists of sheets, duvets, duvet covers, pillows & pillow cases
Yes, although they must be kept raised off the ground and extreme care must be taken to make sure it is extinguished before throwing away.

Continue on Caton Road – A683 and Enter Lancaster. Bear left (one-way) (signposted Heysham, Morecambe, City Centre). Keep in right hand lane then continue forward (signposted Heysham, Morecambe) through 2 sets of traffic lights. Keep in left hand lanes then continue forward (signposted Morecambe, Heysham). At roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A683 (signposted Heysham, Morecambe). Continue forward onto Morecambe Road - A683. Entering Morecambe At roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A589 (signposted Morecambe). At roundabout take the 1st exit onto Westgate (signposted West Promenade, West End, Sandylands).
The main complex of the site is wheelchair friendly, if in the event you find it difficult to manoeuvre around please ask for assistance and we will do all that we can to help. We recommend that you bring; towels, tea towels, washing up materials, and extra toilet roll. Towels will not be provided in any Caravan. If you have booked a holiday through The Sun and not paid extra for your bed linen you will also need to bring this with you.
The Park is open all year round for Owners and from 18th March until 28th October 2016 for holiday makers.
Reception will be open on Monday, Friday & Saturday – 9am to 8pm. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday – 9am to 6pm. If you will be arriving late to the Park, please contact reception before 5pm to let us know.
If you have paid a priority arrival charge please check your booking confirmation for the time your holiday home or pitch will be available. In all other cases your holiday home pitch will be available from 4pm (2pm if a touring/camping pitch) on your arrival day. If you think you may arrive after 11pm (8pm if a touring/camping pitch) please let us know. If your holiday home is not occupied by 10am on the day after your arrival day and you haven’t told us you will be arriving we will treat your booking as cancelled and re-let the holiday home or pitch. You should leave your holiday home by 10am on your departure date.

Check out time is 10am on the day of departure.
Please phone reception before 5pm if you are running late, we can then make arrangements for your keys to be left in the bar area.
All of our units are fully equipped and contain pots and pans, kitchen utensils, plates etc, microwave, toaster and a cooker. In the lounge you will find a colour TV. Irons aren't always available so we recommend, if you require an iron, to bring your own.
It is unlikely that your accommodation will have garden furniture.
Dogs are welcome at our Park, in our designated pet friendly units at a charge of £40 per dog. If you wish to bring another pet please call us prior to making your booking. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per accommodation. They must wear a collar and identity tag and be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs cannot be left in our accommodation unattended and they're not allowed in the Park buildings or pool areas. Some breeds of dogs, including those listed in the Dangerous Dog Act are not allowed at our Park. If a dog is proving to be a nuisance we reserve the right to require the owner to remove it.Dogs are welcome in Bronze to Gold accommodation (excluding new models) at a charge of £30 per short break and £50 per week. If you wish to bring another pet please call the Park prior to making your booking.
Morecambe beach and promenade is approx 3 minutes by car.
Parking spaces are spread across the Park and are not guaranteed to be adjacent to your accommodation.
The Park does allow you to have visitors, if they intend on using the facilities they will need to purchase entertainment passes.
If you intend on using the services the Park has to offer you will need to have entertainment passes, these are included in the price of your holiday. You will need to have your passes with you to enter the complex. If you are on a Sun Holiday, entertainment passes are not included in the price of your stay, you will need to purchase these separately.
We ask that you do not smoke in your accommodation whilst you are staying at the Park, likewise all public buildings are also smoke free. You are welcome to smoke in most external areas of the Park.
You will find Sky TV in the entertainment complex, your accommodation will have a TV with the basic channels.
Unfortunately there are no cash machines on site.
