Here at Park Resorts, the central team and our 48 Park locations were all involved in voting for a charity to support over the next year as part of our corporate social responsibility. There were several great causes to choose from but the majority voted that we help and raise funds for Make-A-Wish because we share so many of the same values. Families are at the heart of what we do ensuring they spend quality time together. This is exactly what Make a Wish does to really make a difference to children and young people who are fighting life-threatening illnesses. We have all been touched by some of the children’s stories, what they and their families have been through and coped with and how the granting of their “wishes” not only makes a difference to their lives but also enables these families to share some precious time together that they will never forget. Any contribution we can make will not only help grant a wish to a seriously ill child, it will also create magical memories that the families will cherish for years to come and this is something that we are very proud and honoured to support.

Photos can be of any aspect of the Park – Caravan shots, entertainment or just simply showing what a fab time you’ve had while you're at your Holiday Home! By posting your photos on our social network and/or website pages you are automatically giving us permission to use these shots in our brochure, on our website and in our advertising. We will always do our best to notify you if your pictures are used. We reserve the right to remove any unsuitable pictures from our Facebook and website pages.

Holidays Terms and Conditions

If you have paid a priority arrival charge please check your booking confirmation for the time your holiday home or pitch will be available. In all other cases your holiday home pitch will be available from 4pm (2pm if a touring/camping pitch) on your arrival day. If you think you may arrive after 11pm (8pm if a touring/camping pitch) please let us know. If your holiday home is not occupied by 10am on the day after your arrival day and you haven’t told us you will be arriving we will treat your booking as cancelled and re-let the holiday home or pitch. You should leave your holiday home by 10am on your departure date.

Your cancellation cover

If you made your booking 12 weeks or less before your holiday start date or you cancel your booking less than 10 weeks before your holiday start date then:

If you cancel for a qualifying reason

(a) For bookings cancelled 6 weeks or more prior to your holiday start date then we will refund all your money less the Cancellation Cover plus a £40 administration charge.

(b) For bookings cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date then we will refund all your money less the Cancellation Cover charge and less a calculated deposit (see deposit table below). (any other charges previously added to the booking will not be refunded)

Qualifying reasons for cancellation

 (a) Illness, death, injury or maternity of any member of your party (detailed by you at the time of booking), or

(b) Your redundancy or that of your spouse (qualifying for payment under the Redundancy Payments legislation), or

(c) Your unforeseen occupational posting in your present employment, or

(d) Fire, floods, subsidence or malicious damage, rendering your home uninhabitable, or

(e) The police requiring your presence following a burglary at your home or place of business or witness, or

(f) Jury service by you or your spouse, or

(g) Death or serious injury or illness of a close relative or the death of a business associate, partner or co-director

Provided that these circumstances arose AFTER the date you made your booking and you can supply documentary supporting evidence of the circumstances and the date they occurred.

If you cancel without a qualifying reason

(a) For bookings cancelled more than 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date then you will forfeit a standard deposit but we will refund all other money paid less a cancellation deposit (see deposit table above), the Cancellation Cover charge plus a £40 administration fee).

(b) For bookings cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date then you will forfeit your full holiday cost.

How to cancel

If you wish to cancel your holiday you must notify us in writing or email. The date of cancellation is the date we receive your letter or email. At Park Resorts, all our short breaks and holidays are for families and couples. With this in mind, unfortunately we don’t accept any non-family bookings from people under the age of 21. This includes same-sex and mixed groups such as hen and stag parties. Other parties of young people are accepted at the Company’s discretion. Prior to booking, please contact the Park directly. We may also decline your booking if you are travelling alone and feel the reason for your stay isn’t close to our core family values. When purchasing alcohol, you may be asked to show identification to prove that you are 18. We will accept a passport, photographic driving licence or a valid proof of age card. We try to provide a car parking space next to/or close to your accommodation or pitch, however, we cannot always guarantee this. Unfortunately, we do not accept working vehicles, flatbed trucks, short or long wheel based vans, HGV’s, plant vehicles, pickup trucks or open back trucks on the Park or touring area. When you make your booking, we’ll ask you for details of your permanent home address. If you’re not on the electoral register because of a recent move, we may ask you to give us a utility bill showing your new address so we can confirm your details and booking.
If you have any special requests regarding your holiday accommodation or pitch please advise us when making your booking and confirm your request in writing either by post or email including your telephone number in case of any query. We will endeavour to meet your request, however this cannot be guaranteed and is not a condition of booking. If your desired request is not met and you do not wish to continue with your holiday, no refund will be offered.
If you have any questions or specific requirements regarding the Park, accommodation, pitch or facilities, please speak to the Park directly or our reservations team before you book. All requirements must be confirmed in writing or email and are subject to availability. The rural nature of some of our Parks may make them unsuitable for wheelchair users and due to their weight, we are unable to permit electric wheelchairs in the accommodation. Please note, not all the accessible units have a Wet Room. This may vary according to the make and model of the accommodation and from Park to Park.
Most dogs are welcome at our parks but only in pet friendly accommodation. A maximum of two dogs per booking. Some breeds of dog, including those listed in the Dangerous Dog Act are not allowed so check with us when you book. Please enquire before you book whether other pets are allowed.  Except for assistance dogs there is a charge per week or part of a week per dog or pet. Dogs must be kept on a lead under the control of a responsible adult at all times and wear a collar with identity tag. You must clean up after your pet. Pets (other than assistance dogs) are not allowed in any facilities or play areas. Pets should not be left unattended in holiday homes and must not be allowed on bedding or seating. If we think your pet is causing a nuisance or damage you will be required to remove it from the park. If you take a pet into a holiday home which is not booked as pet friendly you will be required to pay an additional fee of £80 for the deep cleaning of the accommodation
Travel cots and highchairs may be hired at an additional charge, subject to availability. You need to request these when you book. A deposit may be required on arrival. Cots can normally only be accommodated in the living area of holiday homes. You will need to bring your own cot linen.
Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times, as they do at any of our activities or facilities. The club activities form part of our entertainment programme, and are not childcare facilities. We do not provide supervision of individual children during sessions. It is important that you always know where your children are, and that you know the times that the activities start and finish. Children should always obey the instructions of the team, so that the possibility of accidents can be reduced. We provide drop off childcare facilities at Lower Hyde, Southview and White Cross Bay. All sessions, activities and facilities are subject to availability. For further details, please check our website or call the Park direct.
It is advisable to acquaint yourselves with your holiday environment as soon as you arrive. Walking over grassy and often undulating ground, or through wooded parkland may also be unfamiliar, and contain aspects of wildlife such as rabbit holes. Local Authority planning constraints that help to preserve the rural nature of the Parks, also limit the amount of street lighting that can be provided at some locations for the same reason. Street lighting directly around accommodation is kept at a low level to assist children to sleep at night. As many of our Parks are set in rural locations, please be aware that some little insects may find their way into your accommodation, which we cannot be held responsible for.
Please treat the property, facilities and accommodation/touring area with respect and care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. Accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday and you may be charged for any loss or damage found. We reserve the right to enter accommodation under any special circumstances or emergencies.
Only those people listed on the booking can occupy your accommodation and use the facilities of the Park. If this requirement is not met, your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave, with no refund made. If you have any friends who wish to visit you while you are staying with us, please see the Duty Manager who will advise you of the day pass charge, per person. It is illegal to smoke inside enclosed public buildings in England, Scotland and Wales. Outside smoking areas will be provided. We ask holidaymakers to refrain from smoking in the accommodation. We cannot guarantee smoke free accommodation or any holiday home to be free from allergens. Some accommodation offered as holiday lets are caravans sub-let to us by owners. If there is problem with your accommodation unit on arrival (e.g. condition and cleanliness), you will need to inform reception immediately so they can help rectify the problem. If you significantly damage your Holiday Home during your stay or items are missing, you will be sent details of the damage and costs by the Park to contact us and pay within 14 days. Alternatively, you may be able to arrange a payment plan at the company’s discretion. Bookings made through newspaper promotions do not include entertainment passes or bed linen. Please refer to newspaper promotions terms and conditions for further information.
Only those people listed on the booking can occupy your pitch and use the facilities of the Park. If this requirement is not met, your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave, with no refund made. If you have any friends who wish to visit you while you are staying with us, please see the Duty Manager who will advise you of the day pass charge, per person. It is illegal to smoke inside enclosed public buildings in England, Scotland and Wales. Outside smoking areas will be provided and please extinguish cigarettes safely in the disposal bins. If there is problem with your pitch on your arrival, you will need to inform reception immediately so they can help rectify the problem. Only one touring caravan, motorhome or tent is permitted per pitch. If your unit is larger than 12ft/3.5m, please contact your chosen Park to discuss your requirements. Please note that trailer tents are regarded by us as tents and can only be booked at Parks that accept tents. Disposable BBQ’s are not to be placed on the grass. Please do not take BBQ’s, portable gas cookers or similar devices into your tent, awning or caravan, as this is a fire and carbon monoxide hazard. If you significantly damage your pitch during your stay, you will be sent details of the damage and costs by the Park to contact us and pay within 14 days. Alternatively, you may be able to arrange a payment plan at the company’s discretion.
Infectious or contagious diseases could easily be passed to other guests while on holiday. You must inform the Duty Manager should you contract any such illness while on holiday. In order to protect our guests and staff, anyone found to have such a condition may be confined or requested to leave the Park. Please note that in such circumstances we are unable to offer refunds and we therefore recommend you take out your own insurance.
Prices shown are inclusive of VAT at a rate of 20%. The prices shown online on the Park pages are ‘from’ prices and are subject to change depending on availability, market pressures and if there is a change in value added tax or any other tax applicable to your holiday. The price of your holiday will be the price available and confirmed to you at the time of booking and will not change at a later date, even if the price increases or decreases after you make your booking. Whilst our Reservations Team will always try to give accurate information and price quotations to telephone enquiries, we cannot accept responsibility for such information unless it’s confirmed by us in writing. Promotional codes can only be redeemed at the time of booking and cannot be added to the booking at a later date. Some accommodation is sub-let by us on behalf of private owners who are not registered for VAT. We reserve the right to make such alterations in the above circumstances without prior notice, and are unable to accept liability for the loss of an advertised facility, or to pay compensation for any inconvenience caused. Should changes occur from the services advertised in our brochure or on the website. we will advise of these changes, where made prior to booking and at booking and will use reasonable endeavours to advise guests already booked if any changes made after their booking and before their holiday commences. Holidaymakers are not permitted to bring their own alcohol into the entertainment complex or bar. Bookings made through newspaper promotions do not include entertainment passes or bed linen. Due to the increasing popularity of Park Resorts holidays we often receive requests from TV and other companies to film or take photographs on our Parks including shooting our own promotional material. Every effort is made to ensure filming or photography does not intrude on your holiday and we will always endeavour to ensure that it is made clear to guests when taking place. Consent will be sought to film or photograph individuals before it takes place by the company taking the film or photographs, but please ensure you and your family are aware of the positioning of cameras at all times. We will not accept responsibility if, contrary to your wishes, you appear on film or in photographs and we will not make any payments as a result. We will remove the photo from our image gallery, but the photo will remain on pre-printed material, including the brochure. No photography is allowed to be taken in the swimming pool areas, unless organised by Park Resorts for promotional purposes and with the consent of the individuals being photographed.
The information you give us in connection with your booking is held securely on our computer system and dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act. By providing us with the information you are deemed to accept this and to have the consent of all members of your party to Park Resorts holding this information for the purposes of your holiday booking, to help us improve our service to you and to provide you with information about our holidays. If you would prefer not to receive promotional information from Park Resorts, then please contact us at Park Resorts Ltd, Charter Court, Midland Road, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 5GE. We will not disclose this information to any person outside Park Resorts Ltd without your agreement, other than our agents and contractors for the purpose of your holiday booking, unless we are legally required to do so or for crime prevention purposes. We have CCTV cameras at some locations at our Holiday Parks for crime prevention and safety reasons.
We are happy to accept Leisure Vouchers (terms & conditions apply) as payment towards your Park Resorts holiday (this excludes your deposit). If you wish to redeem vouchers against a booking, you can only book your holiday via the Park Resorts Hotline on 0843 309 2727 or your Touring & Camping booking on 0843 309 2828 and state at the time of booking that you wish to use your vouchers. No vouchers are accepted on bookings travelling within 8 weeks. Vouchers cannot be used on bookings made via the Park Resorts website or third parties or used to purchase goods or services on the Park. Please send all vouchers to the Park Resorts address and arrange for the balance to be paid by debit/credit card at the time of booking. All payments must be received within 3 working days after your booking has been made. Park Resorts do not accept any liability for lost or stolen vouchers (we recommend recorded post).

To book your Isle of Wight Ferry, please fill in our the ferry booking request form. Details of the Isle of Wight ferry arrangements will be confirmed to you on your confirmation. On arrival at the port you need to quote your ferry reference and tickets will be issued. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your departure time. No commercial vehicles, mini buses or vans over 5m in length are permitted. Please call us to confirm before booking. Your requested sailing time and port is subject to availability. We will endeavour to meet your request, however, this cannot be guaranteed so the nearest time available to your request will be confirmed for you under our allocation with the ferry company. Where you take up the additional offer of ferry travel, all party members are subject to the terms and conditions of the service operator(s). Full details are available on request. We cannot be held responsible for any unusual or unforeseen circumstances, including delays or breakdowns, on the part of ferry operators, which are beyond our control. If you wish to change a ferry crossing date or time, we will happily make this amendment for you, subject to availability; however, there will be a £20 amendment fee. If the guest does not arrive on park before the time their break/pitch is held until, the ferry including return journey will be cancelled. Both holiday and ferry cost at this stage is non-refundable and the ferry cannot be reinstated. Spread the cost of your holiday with regular cash payments throughout the year at one of over 9,000 PayPoint outlets. Your confirmation invoice will include a barcode. Take this to your local PayPoint outlet and your payment will be registered by the barcode. The final balance is payable 8 weeks before the holiday start date. Please note, PayPoint payments can take up to 21 days to appear on your booking.
Secure your Holiday booking from only £50 or for Touring & Camping bookings from only £5 per pitch, per night. Your deposit per Holiday Home is all that we require to secure your booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday start date for holidays in 2016 and 10 weeks before the holiday start date for holidays in 2017. If the holiday balance is not paid within the allocated time, your booking may be cancelled due to non-payment, without prior notice. Holiday Protection Plan Premium must be paid at the time of booking. All 2016 bookings made within 8 weeks of the holiday start date and 2017 bookings made within 10 weeks of the holiday start date must be paid for in full including any Holiday Protection Plan required. £50 per unit or £5 per touring and camping pitch, per night is considered as a deposit even when the holiday is paid in full at time of booking. As part of our drive to become a greener company and help the environment, we will charge a £2 fee for all postal communications. Whether you’re a small family group requiring more than 4 units of accommodation, or a larger group on an organised event and want to use more than 19 units of accommodation, we will always do what we can to make your event as special as possible. In accordance with UK licensing laws, we can only sell alcohol to persons aged 18 or over. We may require you to show proof of age using an approved form of identification. We accept the following forms of ID at Park Resorts: full passport, a new style driver's licence incorporating a photograph, a valid proof of age card.
In line with current legislation, please note that with effect from July 1st, 2007 all Park Resorts Holiday Parks in England, Wales and Scotland follow the new legislation meaning that all their venues are designated non-smoking areas. The legislation does not apply to holiday accommodation, although we would ask holidaymakers to please refrain from smoking in their holiday accommodation.
For the convenience of our guests, we reserve the right to terminate the party's holiday without compensation or refund, where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons in the holiday party might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests, our team members or staff. This may include but is not limited to verbal or physical abuse, and will be at the management's discretion.
We accept no responsibility for information on the website relating to local attractions, including details of distances, timings and activities. We provide this in good faith for information purposes only but make no recommendations in respect of any attraction, have not verified that the listed details are accurate or up-to-date and accept no responsibility for any reliance by you on them. You must make your own enquiries and arrangements (including, where appropriate, having any necessary insurance cover in place) regarding the attractions with the operators and local tourist information centres. Where we list local attractions, we do not do so as agent for the owner or operator of any attractions and so have no liability for any loss or damage suffered by you whether in contract or negligence as a result of any reliance on the information contained herein, or for any loss or damage suffered by you in visiting or purchasing any ticket for any such attraction.

Conditions of Booking

The following terms and conditions (the booking conditions) and the provisions contained in the ‘Information About Your Holiday’ and ‘Easy Ways to Book’ sections of our website will apply to your booking. The person who books the holiday by telephone, internet or on Park will be accepting the booking conditions on behalf of the holiday party. Please ensure you read and understand the booking terms and conditions prior to booking. A contract will come into existence immediately between you and the company which owns the Park for which you have made your booking. (please refer to the registered offices at the top of the page). Deposit per unit or pitch is non-refundable along with any charges/fees on the booking. The contract binds you and all the members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in these terms and conditions of booking. Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract and loss of the booking. We reserve the right to decline or terminate the booking of any guest(s) whose behaviour interferes with the general comfort and safety of other guests and staff. In this event no refunds will be made. This may include, but is not limited to, verbal or physical abuse and will be up to the management’s discretion. We cannot be held responsible for other people’s behaviour whilst on holiday with us. Seasonal Touring Please note, any booking over 21 days is considered a long term / seasonal touring booking. It’s essential that you read and understand the Seasonal Touring Pitch Agreement available online prior to making a booking. Seasonal Touring Pitch Agreement will need to be completed and signed on arrival and a copy will be kept on Park.
Please check your holiday confirmation and advise us of any errors made by us within 24 hours, or you will incur an amendment or cancellation fee. After you have paid your deposit you may wish to change some elements of the holiday, e.g. type of accommodation or lead name. We will try to meet your request; however, a charge of £20 per alteration to the holiday will apply (outside of 56 days of travel). Substantial changes, such as a change of location or holiday date will be treated as a cancellation (see right). Any changes must be made at least 8 weeks before the holiday date, and be confirmed to us in writing by the lead bookers name printed on the holiday confirmation. Where changes are sought to be made within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday it will be treated as a cancellation, and be subject to cancellation charges. We do not transfer holidays from the current season to the next season. The booking will have to be cancelled and the cancellation charges will apply. If a refund is due, this will be credited back to you or transferred to next season’s booking. Cancellation is processed from the date the written confirmation is received.

Refunds prior to arrival of under £10 may be issued to the customer in the form of vouchers to used on holiday. • The expiry date on the voucher will be the end of the holiday date • Vouchers will only be issued to the lead name on the booking • If vouchers are lost/stolen, unfortunately, they cannot be replaced or refunded • Vouchers can be used against any retail catering meal or drink at the bar during the holiday. • No change given • Expiry date cannot be extended
It may be necessary to cancel your holiday due to a change of circumstances. If you have taken out our Holiday Protection Plan, payments arising from cancellation may be covered as detailed below. As soon as you know you need to cancel, you must confirm the cancellation by writing to our Holiday Admin Team via email to holiday.admin@park-resorts.com or by letter to the Head Office address. The letter/email must be signed (where possible) by the person who made the booking. If you have not taken out our Holiday Protection Plan, cancellation charges are calculated as per the table below. If you have not arrived by 8am on the morning after your break was due to commence or contacted the Park concerned to confirm when you will arrive, we will assume that the break is cancelled and the total holiday cost including the Holiday Protection Plan, fees and postal charge will be forfeited.

The Holiday Protection Plan covers your holiday cancellation in the event that any member of your party is unable to travel due to: Sickness Redundancy Jury Service Bereavement Proof will be required in writing, by recorded delivery and received no later than 14 days after the holiday, if we do not receive the valid document within 14 days, you will no longer be covered. The document must cover the holiday dates. 

For sickness, a doctors letter will need to be on headed paper or officially stamped and signed by a doctor.

Once covered by our Holiday Protection Plan and one of the above categories applies, you will be entitled to a refund, subject to an administration charge of your deposit per unit or pitch and the Holiday Protection Plan fee. If the Holiday Protection Plan is not taken out at the time of booking, we recommend you make your own arrangements. Please note the sliding scale of monies payable, under Conditions of Booking applies, should you not participate in the Holiday Protection Plan. The Holiday Protection Plan is not an insurance policy and you should seek adequate insurance protection to cover your holiday dates. The onus is on the customer to cover their own holiday booking.

We always do our best to limit any changes to your holiday during your stay, however we cannot accept responsibility nor compensate for circumstances such as *force majeure. *Force majeure means circumstances beyond our control including (but not limited to) industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, technical problems, bad weather, flooding and acts of government and terrorism.
We try very hard to provide all facilities and entertainment as advertised in our brochure and website. It may however be necessary to make some alterations in advance of your holiday. If such a change is made we will endeavour to advise you in writing as soon as possible and give you the options in the section entitled ‘If we cancel your booking’. For minor or last minute alterations, please see the section entitled ‘Availability of facilities and entertainment’, individual Parks webpages or our Facebook page.
We always endeavour not to change the date or cancel your booking, but in exceptional circumstances this may be necessary. We will inform you of the change of date or cancellation as soon as possible and give you the following options: a. accept the alternative arrangements as notified to you b. choose another available break from us at the advertised price c. cancel your holiday with a full refund of any money you have paid. We do not pay compensation in circumstances where we have to cancel your booking including those arising from *force majeure. *Force majeure means circumstances beyond our control including (but not limited to) industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, technical problems, bad weather, flooding and acts of government and terrorism.
We accept responsibility for those arrangements for your holiday that are within our control, but we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party unless there was wilful default by us, our employees or agents. Please note that your personal belongings are your responsibility at all times and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. You must make your own enquiries and arrangements (including, where appropriate, having any necessary insurance cover in place) regarding the attractions with the operators and local tourist information centres. Where we list attractions we do not do so as agent for the owner or operator of any attractions and so have no liability for any loss or damage suffered by you whether in contract or negligence as a result of any reliance on the information contained herein, or for any loss or damage suffered by you in visiting or purchasing any ticket for any such attraction.

Important information and our booking terms and conditions

 

1. Who your agreement is with. When you book your holiday your agreement will be with Parkdean Resorts UK Limited (Parkdean Resorts). See the bottom of the page for further details.

2. The agreement. There will be a contract between you and Parkdean Resorts, when we accept your first payment (if you are booking by phone), or when the agent confirms your booking or, when your booking is confirmed (if you book online). The person making the booking accepts the contract on behalf of all members of your party and is responsible for making sure they accept the contract. We can’t accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18.

3. Terms of the agreement. These terms form your contract with us. 

4. Alterations to your booking. Once there is a contract you can’t transfer or change your booking) without our agreement. If you want to make small changes (e.g. type of accommodation or party members) we will try to help. There will be an administration cost of £40. We are sorry that we can’t accept any major changes to your booking (e.g. change of dates or location).

5. Cancelling your booking. If you cancel your holiday you will always be responsible for the full cost of your holiday. However if you have bought holiday cancellation cover you will be covered for the cost depending on when you cancel and the reasons for cancelling. Insurance premiums, credit card charges and administration fees are non-refundable in any event. Full details of our holiday cancellation cover are on our website or you can call us on 0330 123 4988. If you need to cancel your holiday please call us or email us at holidayadmin@parkdean-resorts.com. The date of the postmark on or the date we receive your email is the date of the cancellation.

6. Paying for your holiday. When you book your holiday you will need to pay a deposit. The balance of your payment must be paid 10 weeks before the start of your holiday. Details of the balance payable and how and when to pay will be in the booking confirmation. If you book your holiday less than 10 weeks before the start date you must pay the full amount of the holiday at the time of booking.

7. Special offers. To claim any special offers, discounts, promotional codes etc. please tell us when you book. If you don’t, we’re sorry we can’t honour these. All discounts, special offers etc. are subject to availability.

8 Vouchers. We are happy to accept Leisure Vouchers. For details and conditions please see online or call us before you book.

9. Prices. All prices are subject to change so could increase or decrease. The price confirmed when you book is the final price and will not change unless you alter your booking. All prices include VAT and insurance premium tax (where applicable) at the rates at October 2016. If the rates increase after that date, prices may change to reflect the increase.

10. Who’s in your party. When you book you need to give the names and ages of everyone in your party. Only those people on your booking confirmation can occupy your holiday home or pitch and anyone not named on your confirmation will be asked to leave the park. In these circumstances no refund or compensation will be given.

11. Numbers in your party. The total number in your party (including children and babies) must not exceed the maximum capacity of the holiday home or pitch advertised in this brochure or online.

12. Single sex parties. If you wish to book a single sex party you must tell us of this. There may be restrictions on bookings from all male or all female parties of over 4 people and restrictions on the number of people who can occupy the holiday home or pitch. Please check when you book.

13Groups. Group bookings (whether made by 1 person or a number of people)  of 4 or more holiday homes or pitches  or where there are 20 or more people in the party must be made through our sales centre by calling them on 0330 1234 986. If you want to make a group booking of 19 or more holiday homes or touring and camping pitches please call our groups team on 0330 1234 987.  Family and friends who live at the same address or know each other  or who travel together will be considered as making a group booking even if they have made separate bookings.  Because of the family nature of our holiday parks there are additional restrictions on group bookings at certain times including over the festive period so please call our sales centre to ask about these. We’ll only accept group bookings if you tell us about them and give us the names and addresses of everyone in your group before you book. The lead booker for a group is responsible for the conduct of the other members of the group and for ensuring they comply with these terms and conditions.  We may require the lead booker to provide a deposit as security in the event of any damage by any member of the group.

 

14 Holiday Use As our parks are holiday parks we don’t accept bookings if you want to stay for work or use the park as a base to travel to work or for residential use. All adults booked must appear on the electoral roll at the address given when booking or provide other evidence of their permanent address such as a council tax bill if requested.

 

15 Arrival and departure times.  If you have paid a priority arrival charge please check your booking confirmation for the time your holiday home or pitch will be available. In all other cases your holiday home pitch will be available from 4pm (2pm if a touring pitch) on your arrival day. If you think you may arrive after 11pm (8pm if a touring pitch) please let us know. If your holiday home is not occupied by 10am on the day after your arrival day and you haven’t told us you will be arriving we will treat your booking as cancelled and re-let the holiday home or pitch. You should leave your holiday home by 10am on your departure date.

16. Children. All children must be supervised by parents or guardians throughout the holiday. Where we have children’s clubs, special programmes of events and other facilities for children these are not childcare facilities and children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times. Please make sure you always know where your children are.

17. Guests with special needs. Guests with disabilities are welcome at all our parks. Many of our parks offer specific accommodation suitable for holidaymakers with wheelchairs or mobility difficulties although unfortunately, due to their weight, electric wheelchairs are not able to be used in our accommodation.  Some accommodation and locations may not be suitable for guests with disabilities. Not all our accessible holiday homes have a wet room so please check before you book.   If you or one of your party has special needs or a disability please tell us about this before you book so we can try to ensure the accommodation and park are suitable for you. If you don’t tell us we can’t be held responsible.  We will try to accommodate any special requirements but can’t guarantee this.

18. Allergies and non-smoking accommodation. If any member of your party suffers from an allergy, we recommend that you don’t book pet friendly Most of our accommodation is non-smoking but if you want to guarantee this you must specify this when you book. Smoking accommodation is only available in specified holiday homes only and you should check at the time of booking.. If you smoke in non-smoking accommodation you will be required to pay an additional fee of £80 for deep cleaning of the accommodation.

19. Pets. Most dogs are welcome at our parks (except at Ruda and Vauxhall) but only in pet friendly accommodation. A maximum of two dogs per booking. Some breeds of dog, including those listed in the Dangerous Dog Act are not allowed so check with us when you book. Please enquire before you book whether other pets are allowed.  Except for assistance dogs there is a charge per week or part of a week per dog or pet. Dogs must be kept on a lead under the control of a responsible adult at all times and wear a collar with identity tag. You must clean up after your pet. Pets (other than assistance dogs) are not allowed in any facilities or play areas. Pets should not be left unattended in holiday homes and must not be allowed on bedding or seating. If we think your pet is causing a nuisance or damage you will be required to remove it from the park. If you take a pet into a holiday home which is not booked as pet friendly you will be required to pay an additional fee of £80 for the deep cleaning of the accommodation

20. Use of your holiday home. At the end of your holiday please leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. You may be required to pay for any damage you cause to your holiday home during your stay. We have the right to enter your accommodation for maintenance purposes or in special circumstances and in emergencies.

21. Your personal possessions. You are responsible for your personal possessions on park or in your holiday home and we aren’t responsible for any loss or damage to these. If you leave personal possessions behind at the end of your holiday we’ll try to return them but are not responsible for them.

22. Cots and highchairs. Travel cots and highchairs may be hired at an additional charge, subject to availability. You need to request these when you book. A deposit may be required on arrival. Cots can normally only be accommodated in the living area of holiday homes. You will need to bring your own cot linen.

23. Bed linen. On direct bookings we provide all bed linen other than cot linen. We do not normally provide towels, tea towels or other bathroom and kitchen requisites unless specified. There will be additional charges for bed linen for some promotional bookings.

24. Park facilities. For health and safety reasons some of our facilities have age and/or height restrictions. Children under the age of 8 must be supervised by an adult in the swimming pool and one adult may not supervise more than two children under 8. At Ruda, Trecco Bay and Warmwell Holiday Parks all children under 4 must be supervised by an adult on a one-to-one basis. At busy times access to facilities may be restricted and a booking system may operate. We may have to close facilities (e.g. for health and safety reasons, maintenance or reasons beyond our control) and we are not liable to compensate you if we do so.

25. Entertainment. When you give your party’s details at the time of booking you apply for membership of the Parkdean Resorts  Social and Bingo Club (where provided). You will be given entertainment passes which you will need to show to access facilities and entertainment. Any day visitors you have will need to buy day entertainment passes to access facilities and entertainment. Bookings made through some promotions do not include entertainment. We may have to withdraw or change entertainment or close facilities and we are not liable to you if we have do so. It is against the law to smoke in buildings open to the public and we provide outdoor smoking areas. E cigarettes are not permitted in our facilities. You may not permitted to bring your own alcohol or other drinks into the entertainment complex, bar or restaurants.

26. The holiday park. Most of our parks are in rural locations so there may be areas of uneven ground, unmade paths and limited lighting. Please take special care to avoid accidents. Some parks may also have lakes, ponds, and rivers so please make sure you know about these features and supervise children appropriately.

27. Your car and other vehicles. You should comply with speed limits, parking and traffic regulations on park.  We try to provide parking next to or near your holiday home or pitch but we can’t guarantee this, please ask at time of booking. Vehicles are brought into the holiday park at your risk and we are not responsible for loss or damage to these except where it is caused by our negligence or fault. Quad bikes, similar,  vehicles and pickup and large commercial vehicles aren’t allowed on park.

28. Behaviour on park. Our parks are family holiday parks so please ensure your behaviour is appropriate and not noisy, offensive or likely to cause any harm or upset to other guests, staff or property at the holiday park. If we feel your behaviour is illegal, offensive, disruptive or inappropriate or is disturbing other guests we will ask you to leave the holiday park and no refund will be given.

29. Filming and photography. We sometimes have TV and other companies filming or taking photographs on park. We will do all we can to ensure you are not disturbed by this. We can’t accept any responsibility or offer any financial award if you do appear in films or photographs. No photography is allowed in swimming pool areas.

 

30. If you have a problem. We do all we can to make sure you enjoy your holiday but sometimes things may go wrong. If this happens please tell the Park reception straight away and we will try and put things right. If we can’t, then you can leave on the first day of your holiday and receive a full refund. If you decide to stay or don’t give us the chance to put things right first you’ll not be entitled to a refund. If anything is not sorted out during your stay please contact our Customer Relations team by email customerrelations@parkdean-resorts.com or write to the team (our address is at the bottom of the page) no later than 14 days after the end of your holiday.

 

31. Cancellation by us. Very occasionally, in exceptional circumstances, we may have to cancel your booking. If we do so we will tell you as soon as possible and you can choose either to have a full refund, or accept any alternative arrangements offered to you, or book another holiday with us at the current price. If we have to cancel because of circumstances beyond our control (e.g. fire, theft or flood) we will pay a full refund. If we cancel we will have no further liability to you for this.

32. Brochure accuracy. We have taken all care to make sure our brochure and website are correct at time of going to print. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or the results of these. Photographs of accommodation are examples only and furnishings, layout and decoration may vary. We are not responsible to you for unforeseen events or matters over which we have no control.

33. Our liability to you. We are responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of our negligence or wilful default, but otherwise are not liable to you for any loss or damage you suffer. Our liability to you is limited to the cost of your holiday less any insurance premium, except in the case of death or personal injury. We don’t operate  the  local attractions which are not on the park or act as an agent for these, and o we are not liable for any damage or loss you may suffer when buying tickets or visiting the attraction. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these terms and conditions.

34. Keeping safe the information you have given us. The information you give us in connection with your booking is held by Parkdean in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Parkdean Resorts is notified as a data controller under that Act. We use this information to help us to provide and improve our service to you and to provide you with information about our holidays and holiday homes. We may disclose this information to companies in the Parkdean Resorts group and to our  agents, contractors, insurers and insurance brokers and our and their advisers,  and to others if we are legally required to do so, or where we believe it is necessary to protect our or another person’s rights, property or safety. If you do not want us to send marketing information about our holidays and holiday homes please call, email or write to us. We use CCTV cameras at some locations at our holiday parks for crime prevention and safety reasons and telephone calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes. You should ensure other members in your party know about the information you provide and how we use it and agree to it.

Important information and our booking terms and conditions

 

1. Who your agreement is with. When you book your holiday your agreement will be with Parkdean Resorts UK Limited (Parkdean Resorts). See the bottom of the page for further details.

2. The agreement. There will be a contract between you and Parkdean Resorts, when we accept your first payment (if you are booking by phone), or when the agent confirms your booking or, when your booking is confirmed (if you book online). The person making the booking accepts the contract on behalf of all members of your party and is responsible for making sure they accept the contract. We can’t accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18.

3. Terms of the agreement. These terms form your contract with us. 

4. Alterations to your booking. Once there is a contract you can’t transfer or change your booking) without our agreement. If you want to make small changes (e.g. type of accommodation or party members) we will try to help. There will be an administration cost of £40. We are sorry that we can’t accept any major changes to your booking (e.g. change of dates or location).

5. Cancelling your booking. If you cancel your holiday you will always be responsible for the full cost of your holiday. However if you have bought holiday cancellation cover you will be covered for the cost depending on when you cancel and the reasons for cancelling. Insurance premiums, credit card charges and administration fees are non-refundable in any event. Full details of our holiday cancellation cover are on our website or you can call us on 0330 123 4988. If you need to cancel your holiday please call us or email us at holidayadmin@parkdean-resorts.com. The date of the postmark on or the date we receive your email is the date of the cancellation.

6. Paying for your holiday. When you book your holiday you will need to pay a deposit. The balance of your payment must be paid 10 weeks before the start of your holiday. Details of the balance payable and how and when to pay will be in the booking confirmation. If you book your holiday less than 10 weeks before the start date you must pay the full amount of the holiday at the time of booking.

7. Special offers. To claim any special offers, discounts, promotional codes etc. please tell us when you book. If you don’t, we’re sorry we can’t honour these. All discounts, special offers etc. are subject to availability.

8 Vouchers. We are happy to accept Leisure Vouchers. For details and conditions please see online or call us before you book.

9. Prices. All prices are subject to change so could increase or decrease. The price confirmed when you book is the final price and will not change unless you alter your booking. All prices include VAT and insurance premium tax (where applicable) at the rates at October 2016. If the rates increase after that date, prices may change to reflect the increase.

10. Who’s in your party. When you book you need to give the names and ages of everyone in your party. Only those people on your booking confirmation can occupy your holiday home or pitch and anyone not named on your confirmation will be asked to leave the park. In these circumstances no refund or compensation will be given.

11. Numbers in your party. The total number in your party (including children and babies) must not exceed the maximum capacity of the holiday home or pitch advertised in this brochure or online.

12. Single sex parties. If you wish to book a single sex party you must tell us of this. There may be restrictions on bookings from all male or all female parties of over 4 people and restrictions on the number of people who can occupy the holiday home or pitch. Please check when you book.

13Groups. Group bookings (whether made by 1 person or a number of people)  of 4 or more holiday homes or pitches  or where there are 20 or more people in the party must be made through our sales centre by calling them on 0330 1234 986. If you want to make a group booking of 19 or more holiday homes or touring and camping pitches please call our groups team on 0330 1234 987.  Family and friends who live at the same address or know each other  or who travel together will be considered as making a group booking even if they have made separate bookings.  Because of the family nature of our holiday parks there are additional restrictions on group bookings at certain times including over the festive period so please call our sales centre to ask about these. We’ll only accept group bookings if you tell us about them and give us the names and addresses of everyone in your group before you book. The lead booker for a group is responsible for the conduct of the other members of the group and for ensuring they comply with these terms and conditions.  We may require the lead booker to provide a deposit as security in the event of any damage by any member of the group.

 

14 Holiday Use As our parks are holiday parks we don’t accept bookings if you want to stay for work or use the park as a base to travel to work or for residential use. All adults booked must appear on the electoral roll at the address given when booking or provide other evidence of their permanent address such as a council tax bill if requested.

 

15 Arrival and departure times.  If you have paid a priority arrival charge please check your booking confirmation for the time your holiday home or pitch will be available. In all other cases your holiday home pitch will be available from 4pm (2pm if a touring pitch) on your arrival day. If you think you may arrive after 11pm (8pm if a touring pitch) please let us know. If your holiday home is not occupied by 10am on the day after your arrival day and you haven’t told us you will be arriving we will treat your booking as cancelled and re-let the holiday home or pitch. You should leave your holiday home by 10am on your departure date.

To confirm your holiday To confirm your holiday please pay your balance within 14 days of the issue date on your first holiday confirmation. Linen and Entertainment passes are optional extras. If you do not require either of these please call us immediately to remove them. All other charges are mandatory. Where the balance is not received within 14 days of the issue date on your first confirmation, bookings will be cancelled without any refunds made. No reminder letters are sent in the post. No vouchers of any description are accepted as full or part payment towards a promotional booking. If you supplied an email address at time of application/booking, you will receive your holiday confirmation only by email. Postal copies can be requested, subject to postal charge. Upgrades and break extensions are subject to availability under the newspaper promotion allocation, and some dates may be excluded. All charges under this promotion including optional extras are non-refunable. Arrival and departure times Check in times are as follows, if you have not upgraded you may check in from 4pm, Silver & Silver Plus accommodation guests may check in from 2.30pm and all our Gold & Platinum accommodation guests can check in from 1.30pm. In order for us to prepare for our next guests we do ask that you vacate your accommodation by 10am on your day of departure. Late arrivals If you expect to arrive after 7pm on the first day of your stay, please let the Park know so that we can make arrangements for you to collect your keys. Unless the Park is previously notified, you must claim your accommodation by 8am on the day after your holiday was due to start, otherwise we will treat your booking as cancelled. Great family holidays Park Resorts and their facilities are intended for family holidays. We are therefore sorry that we cannot accept any parties of single people under the age of 18. Other parties of young people are accepted only at the Company’s discretion. Special requirements If you have any other special requests regarding your holiday accommodation please advise us when making your booking and confirm your request in writing either by post or email. Please include a phone number in case of any query. We will endeavour to meet your requests, however this cannot be guaranteed and is not a condition of booking. Guests with disabilities If you have any questions or specific requirements regarding the Park or accommodation, please speak to the Park directly or our reservations team before you book. All requirements must be confirmed in writing or email and are subject to availability. The rural nature of some of our Parks may make them unsuitable for wheelchair users and due to their weight, we are unable to permit electric wheelchairs in the accommodation Dogs and other Pets Dogs are only permitted in our designated pet friendly units in Bronze, Silver, Silver Plus and Gold accommodation (excluding 2015 models) at a charge of £50 per dog, per week and £30 per dog for a short break. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per accommodation. Dogs are not permitted in holiday accommodation at Eyemouth Holiday Park. Where dogs are allowed, they must wear a collar and identity tag and be kept on a lead at all times. They must not be left in accommodation unattended. Dogs and other pets are not allowed in the Park buildings or pool areas. If a dog is proving to be a nuisance we reserve the right to require the owner to remove the dog from the Park. The following dogs are not permitted on our Parks: Pit-bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro and Japanese Tosa. Other pets may be permitted at the discretion of the Park General Manager. Please contact the Park directly to discuss the charge. Cots and highchairs Travel cots for caravans and chalets are available at a charge of £15 for a week or £10 per short break. Please remember to bring your own cot linen. In most accommodation the travel cots will be positioned in the living room. A limited number of highchairs can be hired at most Parks. All of the above are subject to availability. Children Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times, as they do at any of our activities or facilities. The club activities form part of our entertainment programme, and are not childcare facilities. We do not provide supervision of individual children during sessions. It is important that you always know where your children are, and that you know the times that the activities start and finish. Children should always obey the instructions of the team, so that the possibility of accidents can be reduced. Your holiday environment It is advisable to acquaint yourselves with your holiday environment as soon as you arrive. Walking over grassy and often undulating ground or through wooded parkland may also be unfamiliar, and contain aspects of wildlife such as rabbit holes. Local Authority planning constraints that help to preserve the rural nature of the Parks, also limit the amount of street lighting that can be provided at some locations for the same reason. Street lighting directly around accommodation is kept at a low level to assist children to sleep at night. As many of our Parks are set in rural locations, please be aware that some little insects may find their way into your accommodation, which we cannot be held responsible for. Please take care Please treat the property, facilities and accommodation at your Park with respect and care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. In the event that you notice damage to any facility or in your accommodation please report it to Reception immediately so that we can take appropriate action. Accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday and you may be charged for any loss or damage found. We reserve the right to enter accommodation under any special circumstances or emergencies. Licensing Laws In accordance with UK licensing laws, we can only sell alcohol to persons aged 18 or over. We may require you to show proof of age using an approved form of identification. We accept the following forms of ID at Park Resorts: full passport, a new style driver’s licence incorporating a photograph, a valid proof of age card. Use of your Holiday Home Only those people listed on the booking can occupy your accommodation and use the facilities of the Park. If this requirement is not met, your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave, with no refund made. If you have any friends who wish to visit you while you are staying with us, please see the Duty Manager who will advise you of the day pass charge, per person. It is illegal to smoke inside enclosed public buildings in England, Scotland and Wales. Outside smoking areas will be provided. We ask holidaymakers to refrain from smoking in the accommodation. We cannot guarantee smoke free accommodation or any holiday home to be free from allergens. Some accommodation offered as holiday lets are caravans sub-let to us by owners. If there is problem with your accommodation unit on arrival (e.g. condition and cleanliness), you will need to inform reception immediately so they can help rectify the problem. If you are still unhappy after the Park has tried to rectify the situation, you can leave the Park on the day of your arrival and we will refund the full cost of your holiday accommodation. Travel expenses and holiday extras will not be refunded. Bookings made through newspaper promotions do not include entertainment passes or bed linen. Please refer to newspaper promotions terms and conditions for further information. Unreasonable behaviour For the convenience of our guests, we reserve the right to terminate the party’s holiday without compensation, where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons in the holiday party might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests, our team members or staff. Infectious diseases Infectious or contagious diseases could easily be passed to other guests while on holiday. You must inform the duty manager should you contract any such illness while on holiday. In order to protect our guests and staff, anyone found to have such a condition may be confined or requested to leave the Park. Please note that in such circumstances we are unable to offer refunds and we therefore recommend you take out insurance. Availability of facilities and entertainment On Park entertainment and access to facilities are included in the price of your holiday, unless otherwise stated. This element of the inclusive cost can be found online at www.park-resorts.com/ terms-and-conditions. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools are subject to seasonal opening times. You will receive entertainment passes appropriate to your party size or accommodation berth total. These must be carried at all times as our staff carry out regular and random checks when entering the facilities and entertainment. On arrival you will be issued with a safety guide, please ensure you read through this carefully and adhere to the guidance given in the leaflet. Please note that a responsible adult or parent must accompany children under 8 years of age or all non-swimmers under the age of 14 in the swimming pools, keeping an eye on children at all times. One adult can accompany a maximum of 2 children, under 8 years of age. Children under 1 metre in height are not permitted to use the flumes. Please note that session bathing may apply at certain Parks. Other facilities may also have height and age restrictions. Please check at the time of booking. The operation of our Parks is subject to legislation and the guidelines laid down by the Health & Safety Executive and Local Authorities and their codes of practice. We reserve the right to adjust our services in order to meet these standards. It is possible that in some circumstances accommodation, entertainment or a facility may have to be temporarily withdrawn due to maintenance, renovation, adverse weather conditions, changes in legislation, or any other factor outside our control. We reserve the right to make such alterations in the above circumstances without prior notice, and are unable to accept liability for the loss of an advertised facility, or to pay compensation for any inconvenience caused. Should changes occur from the services advertised in our brochure or on the website we will advise of these changes, where made prior to booking and at booking and will use reasonable endeavours to advise guests already booked if any changes made after their booking and before their holiday commences. Holidaymakers are not permitted to bring their own alcohol into the entertainment complex or bar. Travel arrangements Where you take up the additional offer of ferry travel, all party members are subject to the terms and conditions of the service operator(s). Full details available on request. We cannot be held responsible for any unusual or unforeseen circumstances, including delays or breakdowns, on the part of ferry operators, which are beyond our control. Please note free ferry travel on selected dates only is applicable to one car and up to 6 passengers per unit of accommodation booked. TV filming & photography Due to the increasing popularity of Park Resorts Holidays we often receive requests from TV and other companies to film or photograph on our Parks including shooting our own material. Every effort is made to ensure filming or photography does not intrude on your holiday and we will always endeavour that it is made clear to guests when taking place. Please ensure you and your family are aware of positioning of cameras at all times. We will not accept responsibility if, contrary to your wishes, you appear on film or in photographs and we will not make any financial award or payment of any kind. Data Protection The information you give us in connection with your booking is held securely on our computer system and dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act. By providing us with the information you are deemed to accept this and to have the consent of all members of your party to this. We keep this information to help us to improve our service to you with information about our holidays by telephone, e-mail and post. If you would prefer not to receive this information, please contact us at Park Resorts, Charter Court, Midland Road, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 5GE. We will not disclose this information to anyone outside Park Resorts Ltd. other than our agents and contractors for the purpose of carrying out your instructions, unless we are legally required to do so for the purpose of crime prevention. We use CCTV cameras at some locations at our holiday parks for crime prevention and safety reasons. If you have a comment If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your holiday, please speak to the Park Reception. In most cases they will be able to help you immediately so that you can enjoy the rest of your stay. However, if you are still dissatisfied, you must then make an appointment to see the Duty Manager and record your complaint with them. If, at the end of your holiday, you feel that we have not dealt with your complaint satisfactorily, please write to the Customer Services Department at our Hemel Hempstead office (see below) or email us at customer.services@park-resorts.com no later than 28 days after the end of your holiday. Conditions of booking - The Holiday Contract The terms and conditions of your booking are as per the terms you agreed to in the newspaper when filling in your application form or booking your holiday on the internet. No amendments/transfers under any circumstances or refunds are permitted. Insurance If you took up the offer of insurance at the time of filling in your application form you should receive your policy from the organiser of the promotion approximately 7-14 days after receipt of your confirmation. This Policy is not with Park Resorts and no refund is offered in cases of cancellation. It is the customers own responsibility to take our cancellation cover. If we make any major alterations to your booking We try very hard to provide all facilities and entertainment as advertised in our brochure. It may however be necessary to make some alterations in advance of your holiday. If such a change is necessary, we will endeavour to advise you, or your travel agent in writing as soon as possible, and give you the options in the section entitled ‘If we cancel your booking’. For minor or last minute alterations, please see the section entitled ‘Availability of facilities and entertainment’. If you cancel your booking If you wish to cancel your booking please email holiday.admin@park-resorts.com or write to Holiday Administration at the address stated below. No refunds will be given and bookings will not be transferred to a new date or location under any circumstances. This is in line with the terms and conditions of the promotion. If we cancel your booking We always endeavour not to change the date or cancel your booking, but in exceptional circumstances this may be necessary. We will inform you of the change of date or cancellation as soon as possible and give you the following options. a. accept the alternative arrangements as notified to you b. choose another available break from us at the advertised price In all circumstances including those arising from *Force Majeure, we do not pay compensation. Changes to your holiday during your stay We limit changes to your holiday during your stay, however we cannot accept responsibility or compensation for circumstances such as *force majeure. *Force Majeure means circumstances beyond our control including (but not limited to) natural disasters, fire, technical problems, bad weather and acts of government. Limitation of Liability We accept responsibility for those arrangements for your holiday that are within our control, but we cannot accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party, unless one of the following applies: (1) there was wilful default by us, our employees or agents; or (2) death or personal injury was caused by the negligence of Park Resorts, our employees or agents. No action can be taken in respect of any complaint not brought to the attention of the Park Duty Manager. How to book

You will need to book your second 2016 holiday with the reception team on Park. You will need to pay your £30 deposit by debit/credit card, the £30 deposit is only available if you book whilst you’re on the Park and is subject to availability. This offer is only available on Park. If you decide to book once you’re at home, you’ll need to pay a £50 deposit and the £30 retail voucher will not apply. Our team will reserve your accommodation and will issue you with a receipt for your deposit. All offers end on 1st November 2016.

Your Second Holiday

Your second 2016 holiday can be booked in any grade of accommodation but must be at the same Park as your first 2016 holiday booking.  Your second holiday can be for any length of stay and will be priced at our latest tactical prices. Your second holiday must be taken during the 2016 season.

What happens next?

Your deposit secures your holiday, you will receive a holiday confirmation in due course, showing the balance due which will need to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday start date. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. If re-booking within 8 weeks the full balance will be due immediately.

FREE £30 retail voucher

Your retail voucher will be included within your welcome pack in checking in for your second stay with us. This voucher can be redeemed against food and drink at the restaurants and bars on the Park only. Voucher is not redeemable at Park convenience stores, Sparkys Store, Southview Hotel bar or restaurant or for any other chargeable activities on the Park. Voucher is valid only on bar items at the Waterside Tavern at Waterside Holiday Park.

Cancellation Plan

If you book your next 2016 holiday whilst you’re still on the Park you can take out our cancellation plan at half price. A low payment of £12.50 for a 7 night holiday and £8.50 for a short break is all you’ll need to pay. This covers your holiday cancellation in the event of any of the below providing the required proof in writing is received by the Holiday Administration department prior to the confirm start date of your holiday:

• Redundancy - Employee’s notification

• Jury Service - Court notification

• Bereavement - Death Certificate

Once covered by our Cancellation Plan and one of the above categories applies, you will be entitled to a full refund of all holiday monies paid, subject to an administration charge that is the value of your deposit paid and the cancellation plan fee. Please refer to the sliding scale of monies payable under the ‘Cancellation of Booking’ at the back of the 2016 Park Resorts brochure should you not participate in the cancellation plan.

Amends to your booking

All amends to your second holiday booking will be charged a £20 amendment fee up until 8weeks before your holiday start date and are subject to availability. After this 8 week date amendments are treated as a cancellation you will be charged a cancellation fee and can use the remaining credit towards your new booking.

    How to claim your 30 day money back guarantee

    • A customer’s cancellation request must be received by the General Manager within 30 days from the date of the handover of the holiday home. The date of handover is that stated on the customer’s handover form.
    • The request must be made with the use of the 30 day money back guarantee form enclosed within the welcome folder provided to the customer at the time of purchasing the holiday home. Further copies of the form may be obtained from the sales office on the holiday park.
    • The form must be hand delivered to the General Manager of the park where the holiday home is located. The date of cancellation will be the date the form is received by the General Manager.
    • Where the form is posted this must be addressed for the attention of the General Manager of the park where the holiday home is located and must be posted via the Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed postal service. Proof of postage must be obtained and retained by the customer.  For postal requests the cancellation date shall be the first working day following the date of posting. Any postal requests must be received within the 30 day period. 
    • Any 30 day money back guarantee forms that are submitted to the General Manager via any other method (e.g. email or fax) will not be accepted. 
    • On receipt of a customer’s completed form within the 30 day period an acceptance letter confirming the cancellation shall be issued to the customer.

    What happens next

    • The holiday home must be handed back to us on the day of acceptance. The day of acceptance is the day the customer’s acceptance letter is issued. The keys must be returned to the General Manager on the same day. The holiday home must be handed back in the same condition as when it was purchased. All items, extras or incentives provided at the time of purchase must remain within the holiday home.
    • Within 21 days of acceptance we shall refund to the customer the purchase cost of the holiday home by cheque less £500 which represents a contribution to the costs we have incurred including but not limited to siting and connections, pitch fees and use of the holiday park facilities.
    • We reserve the right to deduct further sums from the purchase cost of the holiday home where damage or breakages have been caused to the holiday home beyond reasonable wear and tear.
    • Where a customer has taken out a finance agreement with a provider introduced by us and the customer has complied with the 30 day money back guarantee terms and conditions the finance agreement will be cancelled at no cost to the customer.
    • Where a customer has taken out a finance agreement through a third party finance provider not introduced by us the customer is solely responsible for any arrangements with the finance provider and/or any cancellation. We do not accept any liability for any cost or losses incurred by the customer in these circumstances.
    • Any 30 day money back guarantee form received by the General Manager after the 30 day period will not be accepted. We accept no liability for any losses incurred by the customer where the General Manager does not receive the completed form, for whatever reason, within the 30 day period.
    • The terms of the 30 day money back guarantee do not affect a customer’s statutory rights. 

    The park provides leisure facilities for family holidays and short breaks. Park Resorts Ltd provides an agency service to holiday home owners whereby holiday accommodation can be let to holidaymakers in return for a commission payment.

    Under this Income Promise Scheme Agreement, the Purchaser named on page 1 ‘The Agreement’ (referred to below as ‘you’ or ‘your’) wishes to purchase the holiday home specified on page 1 ‘The Agreement’ by taking advantage of this letting service and applying the letting income against the purchase price of the holiday Home.

    THIS AGREEMENT IS CONDITIONAL ON THE FOLLOWING:

    1. The agreement is valid for the letting season specified on page 1 ‘The Agreement’ only.

    2. Available for holiday homes purchased from Park Resorts (including part exchanges) and where:-

    a. If purchase finance is obtained through Park Resorts the cash deposit is at least 10% of the total purchase price of the holiday home or £1,000 (whichever is greater).

    b. The holiday home is no older than 8 years at the date of purchase from Park Resorts; or

    c. The holiday home should match the brochure category as close as possible in order to let.

    3. The income achieved from the allocated letting breaks for the season will be paid towards the cost of a holiday home, new or used. (It cannot be used for the first £1,000 of deposit or credited to the owner’s account). Any credit to the owner’s account will be applied at the end of the letting season and cannot be used as a deferred payment of pitch fees for that season.

    4. The owner must specify use of this scheme before buying the holiday home.

    5. Park Resorts will be accepting pets in ALL grades of accommodation, from Bronze to Platinum. We get a huge demand for people who wish to stay with their dogs but want a higher grade of accommodation. We understand however that you may not wish for pets to be in your holiday home, therefore we will only include it as pet friendly should you tick the ‘opt in’ box on the agreement form.*Please note if you own and allow pets in your holiday home already then this box must be ticked*

    6. In accordance with Park Resorts policy and specifications holiday homes must be equipped with multi room heating in the bedrooms and bathroom and a flat screen TV with Freeview.

    7. The grade given and agreed on page 1 ‘The Agreement’ is indicative of the standard of your holiday home at the time of Purchase. Park Resorts reserves the right to alter the grading of your holiday home should it fail to meet the standards laid out for the agreed grading. Park Resorts also reserves the right to alter the grading or requirements for grading at any time.

    8. Extra dates (‘Buybacks’) may be purchased back from Park Resorts, subject to availability or where we can move our guests to other accommodation. These Buybacks are payable in full at the time of booking on a debit or credit card, and will be charged at the rate on the agreement form plus a £25 administration charge. The dates which have been bought back will be confirmed in writing by the owners Reservation team. Please Note we cannot reduce the ‘Amount to owners Account’ value or debit any charges to your Rent ledger account to cover buyback dates purchased.

    9. A minimum of 12 breaks equivalent to 6 weeks accommodation must be available for Park Resorts use under the Income Promise Scheme. FULL BUYBACKS OF ALL DATES ARE NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances.

    10. Should the holiday home be exchanged within the

    agreed Letting period then the following will apply:

    a. If the new holiday home is the same Park Resorts lettings grading as your current holiday home, the lettings periods allocated will be carried over to the new holiday home.

    b. Should you change to a holiday home that is a lower grading, then the lettings periods will be carried over to the new holiday home but you will be required to repay Park Resorts the difference between the two grade rates for future allocated dates.

    c. Should you change to a holiday home that is a higher grading, then the lettings periods will be carried over to the new holiday home and Park Resorts will pay the owner the difference subject to Park Resorts achieving bookings at the higher grade.

    11. Any charges associated with any of the above will be recalculated within your new guaranteed letting agreement.

    12. The new Agreement supersedes any existing Guaranteed Letting Agreement, previously in place with you.

    13. Charges are correct at the time of going to press.

     

    OWNER’S PART:

    1. You agree to hire out your holiday home to holidaymakers through Park Resorts Ltd. who are acting as your agents for this purpose.

    2. Your holiday home must be available on all of the agreed dates and of a modern design, clean, of smart appearance internally and externally, and conform to the grading in our current brochure.

    3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the holiday home is adequately insured against loss, damage, and third party liability. Further details of the AJ Gallagher Insurance scheme are available from your holiday home Sales Team. If you do not insure with our recommended insurance company then you will need to speak to your own insurers. You MUST have adequate 3rd party insurance.

    4. Your holiday home must be fully equipped with all items listed in the standard inventory list (available from reception). Inventory packs can be purchased from reception. If after your own use there is a requirement for replacing missing and/or damaged inventory items and repairs to the holiday home which are required to maintain the holiday home to the letting standard required by Park Resorts. Your rent ledger account will be charged accordingly.

    5. All personal belongings must be packed up and removed from your holiday home before hiring commences. If we are required to do this on park you will incur a charge to your owners Account. Park Resorts accepts no liability for any damage incurred.

    6. You must ensure that the holiday home is vacant by 10am on the commencing date of the letting period. Failure to vacate on specified dates will result in the full value of the holiday booked for those dates being charged to the owners rent ledger account plus any other costs incurred by Park Resorts. You will not be able to gain access to the holiday home until after 4pm on the stated lettings departure date. This is to ensure that terms and conditions of the letting period are met and the holiday home can be thoroughly cleaned ready for the next holidaymakers booking or the return of you the owner for your own use.

    7. Gas and electrical appliances MUST be inspected once a year and provided with an inspection certificate. Appliances will be inspected in accordance with Park Resorts’ guidelines, which are available to view at the park Reception Office. Inspection certificates will be held on park and Park Resorts reserves the right to charge for the inspection. Such charges are payable upon rendering of the account.

    8. Any gas bottles must be stored outside the holiday home in an adequately ventilated, non- combustible area. Gas bottles will be charged as required. The amount of electricity used at your holiday home is recorded and an invoice will be sent to you at the end of the season.

    9. You must provide three labelled sets of keys per holiday home to the Holiday Sales Manager prior to hiring commencing.

    10. You must keep breaks amounting to a minimum of 42 days for your own use, which can include the breaks stated on ‘The Agreement’ as ‘owner Use’.

     

    PARK RESORTS PART:

    1. Park Resorts (the Agent) will promote holidays via some or all of the following: direct mail, brochure, print advertising, online advertising, radio, third party operators, 3rd Party affiliates and travel agents.

    2. Park Resorts will carry out all key handling services, correspondence with Customers and general administration for all bookings.

    3. Park Resorts will collect all fees from the letting Customer.

    4. Park Resorts will clean the holiday home between bookings – (any cleaning required after owner booked dates or if the holiday home does not meet the required standard will incur a charge).

    5. Park Resorts will replace any missing equipment or, breakages which have occurred during the hiring out of your holiday home and renew any Calor Gas cylinders. Replacements and gas cylinders will be charged to the owner’s account and are payable upon rendering the account.

    6. Park Resorts reserves the right to carry out all repairs to maintain the holiday home to the required standard and to charge all expenses incurred to the owner’s account.

    7. Park Resorts will arrange for the inspection of gas and electricity appliances each year and maintain them to the required standard. Appliances will be repaired or replaced if necessary at the owner’s expense.

    8. Should your holiday home be repossessed during the hiring period, Park Resorts reserves the right to reclaim any outstanding debt.

    9. Park Resorts can assist you with the drain down of your accommodation for which there is a charge or you can organise this yourselves. We will contact you at the end of the season to remind you about draining down your accommodation and at this stage we will need notification of who is to undertake this work.

    Owners Loyalty Reward Card

    Terms & Conditions of your Park Resorts Owner Reward Card These terms and conditions apply to your Owner Rewards Card and govern the relationship between Park Resorts Limited (‘’we’’ or ‘’us’’) and you. Use of your Reward Card will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. You must read them carefully. If there is anything you do not understand please contact your General Manager at the Park. Definitions ‘’You’’ means the person registered with Park Resorts as the cardholder and authorised by Park Resorts to use the Reward Card. ‘Reward Card’ means the card provided to you that allows the storage of funds and the use of those funds for purchases within selected Park Resorts Parks at chosen service points in accordance with these terms and conditions. 1. In order to start using your Reward Card you must register it. You can do this by visiting www.parkresortsrewards.com or calling into the Sales Office on participating Parks. 2. A Reward Card can only be registered in the name of an individual. Only one card can be registered in each name. 3. Reward Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer vouchers. 4. You are responsible for keeping your Reward Card safe and we suggest that you treat the Reward Card in the same way that you would treat cash. If your Card becomes lost or is stolen, you may lose some or all of the money on the Reward Card, the same way as if you lost your wallet or purse. You must therefore keep your Reward Card safe and do not let anyone else use it. 5. The maximum top up amount is £1000. £1000 is also the maximum amount that can be held on your Owner Rewards Card. 6. The minimum top up amount is £10. 7. You can use your Reward Card on a range of purchases at all Park Resorts Parks excluding Gatebeck, Church Point and Summerfields Holiday Parks and in the Bar at Waterside Holiday Park only. The list of goods to purchase using the Reward Card may change from time to time at our discretion. Your Reward Card is not a credit, charge or debit card. 8. Certain items cannot be purchased using your Reward Card i.e. pitch fees, gas, electricity or in our shops on the Parks. Food, beverages and Sparky Stores only. 9. Your Reward Card can only be used for purchases that are equivalent to or less than the value of the funds in your Reward Card account. 10. There is no minimum spend on the Reward Card. 11. Your Reward Card and any balance on the Reward Card cannot be transferred. Reward Card balances cannot be exchanged for cash except under conditions as shown in point 20 & 22. 12. For any purchase made with the Reward Card, you may be asked for additional ID. 13. These Reward Card terms and conditions apply in addition to the usual terms and conditions for purchases you are making. If you have any concerns or complaints regarding a purchase that you have made using the Reward Card, you should contact the General Manager of the Park where your purchase was made. 14. Only you can make purchases using your Reward Card. You must not allow anyone else to use your Card. 15. The authorised Reward Card Holder may nominate / authorise for a second Card holder. This second Card will operate from the same account and is subject to these terms and conditions. A £10 charge will apply for all additional cards. Please allow 14 days for delivery. 16. If your Reward Card or your secondary Card, is lost or stolen it is your responsibility to deactivate it immediately to ensure that any balance on the Card is protected. You can deactivate the card at www.parkresortsrewards.com. We are not responsible for any loss you may suffer for any use made on the Reward Card before you deactivate it. 17. Replacements for damaged, lost or stolen cards can be requested from the Administration Support Desk by emailing ownerreward@park-resorts.com. A £10 charge will apply for all replacement cards. Please allow 14 days for delivery. 18. The system records all transactions on your Reward Card account. If a new Card has to be issued the balance from your old card will be transferred onto it. 19. You can check the balance on your Reward Card and transaction history at any time at www.parkresortsrewards.com. If you are concerned with any transaction on your account, you should raise this with the General Manager at the Park to which the transaction was made. 20. If you are no longer an Owner of a Holiday Home at our participating Parks, any unspent balance on your Reward Card will be treated in the following way: a. First, any balance will be used to clear against any outstanding balance on your Owner account b. If your Owner account is clear we will refund any outstanding balance on the Reward Card to the last known address we have for you. 21. We reserve the right to deactivate your Reward Card should any of these terms and conditions be breached. 22. Your Reward Card will expire after 24 months consecutive non-use.If there is an outstanding balance we will contact you to arrange a refund. 23. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in withdrawal of your Reward Card. Any fraudulent or criminal activity relating to us or your Reward Card may be reported to the police. 24. We shall not be held liable for any default resulting directly or indirectly from any cause beyond our control including (without limitation) failure of network services and failure of data processing systems. 25. We may change the Reward Card scheme (or these terms) or end the Owners Reward Card scheme at any time and we will give you at least 30 days’ notice’ of any such changes or ending of the scheme. You reserve the right to cancel. 26. Your Reward Card remains the property of Park Resorts Limited, Charter Court, Midland Road, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 5GE 27. We may transfer the benefit of these terms and conditions to any other company in the same group of companies as Park Resorts Limited. If we do so your rights will not be affected. 28. These terms and conditions are made under English Law.

    Getting in Touch

    º Calls to 03 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls.
    Calls to 0808 numbers are free of charge from most landlines. Calls to 0843 numbers are charged at 7p a minute, plus your phone company's access charge. Calls to 0844 numbers are charged at 5p per minute with a connection charge of 6p.
    If calling from a mobile phone these charges will vary.

    Ownership existing owners offers

    The park provides leisure facilities for family holidays and short breaks. Park Resorts Ltd provides an agency service to holiday home owners whereby holiday accommodation can be let to holidaymakers in return for a commission payment.

    Under this Income Promise Scheme Agreement, the Purchaser named on page 1 ‘The Agreement’ (referred to below as ‘you’ or ‘your’) wishes to purchase the holiday home specified on page 1 ‘The Agreement’ by taking advantage of this letting service and applying the letting income against the purchase price of the holiday Home.

    THIS AGREEMENT IS CONDITIONAL ON THE FOLLOWING:

    1. The agreement is valid for the letting season specified on page 1 ‘The Agreement’ only.

    2. Available for holiday homes purchased from Park Resorts (including part exchanges) and where:-

    a. If purchase finance is obtained through Park Resorts the cash deposit is at least 10% of the total purchase price of the holiday home or £1,000 (whichever is greater).

    b. The holiday home is no older than 8 years at the date of purchase from Park Resorts; or

    c. The holiday home should match the brochure category as close as possible in order to let.

    3. The income achieved from the allocated letting breaks for the season will be paid towards the cost of a holiday home, new or used. (It cannot be used for the first £1,000 of deposit or credited to the owner’s account). Any credit to the owner’s account will be applied at the end of the letting season and cannot be used as a deferred payment of pitch fees for that season.

    4. The owner must specify use of this scheme before buying the holiday home.

    5. Park Resorts will be accepting pets in ALL grades of accommodation, from Bronze to Platinum. We get a huge demand for people who wish to stay with their dogs but want a higher grade of accommodation. We understand however that you may not wish for pets to be in your holiday home, therefore we will only include it as pet friendly should you tick the ‘opt in’ box on the agreement form.*Please note if you own and allow pets in your holiday home already then this box must be ticked*

    6. In accordance with Park Resorts policy and specifications holiday homes must be equipped with multi room heating in the bedrooms and bathroom and a flat screen TV with Freeview.

    7. The grade given and agreed on page 1 ‘The Agreement’ is indicative of the standard of your holiday home at the time of Purchase. Park Resorts reserves the right to alter the grading of your holiday home should it fail to meet the standards laid out for the agreed grading. Park Resorts also reserves the right to alter the grading or requirements for grading at any time.

    8. Extra dates (‘Buybacks’) may be purchased back from Park Resorts, subject to availability or where we can move our guests to other accommodation. These Buybacks are payable in full at the time of booking on a debit or credit card, and will be charged at the rate on the agreement form plus a £25 administration charge. The dates which have been bought back will be confirmed in writing by the owners Reservation team. Please Note we cannot reduce the ‘Amount to owners Account’ value or debit any charges to your Rent ledger account to cover buyback dates purchased.

    9. A minimum of 12 breaks equivalent to 6 weeks accommodation must be available for Park Resorts use under the Income Promise Scheme. FULL BUYBACKS OF ALL DATES ARE NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances.

    10. Should the holiday home be exchanged within the

    agreed Letting period then the following will apply:

    a. If the new holiday home is the same Park Resorts lettings grading as your current holiday home, the lettings periods allocated will be carried over to the new holiday home.

    b. Should you change to a holiday home that is a lower grading, then the lettings periods will be carried over to the new holiday home but you will be required to repay Park Resorts the difference between the two grade rates for future allocated dates.

    c. Should you change to a holiday home that is a higher grading, then the lettings periods will be carried over to the new holiday home and Park Resorts will pay the owner the difference subject to Park Resorts achieving bookings at the higher grade.

    11. Any charges associated with any of the above will be recalculated within your new guaranteed letting agreement.

    12. The new Agreement supersedes any existing Guaranteed Letting Agreement, previously in place with you.

    13. Charges are correct at the time of going to press.

     

    OWNER’S PART:

    1. You agree to hire out your holiday home to holidaymakers through Park Resorts Ltd. who are acting as your agents for this purpose.

    2. Your holiday home must be available on all of the agreed dates and of a modern design, clean, of smart appearance internally and externally, and conform to the grading in our current brochure.

    3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the holiday home is adequately insured against loss, damage, and third party liability. Further details of the AJ Gallagher Insurance scheme are available from your holiday home Sales Team. If you do not insure with our recommended insurance company then you will need to speak to your own insurers. You MUST have adequate 3rd party insurance.

    4. Your holiday home must be fully equipped with all items listed in the standard inventory list (available from reception). Inventory packs can be purchased from reception. If after your own use there is a requirement for replacing missing and/or damaged inventory items and repairs to the holiday home which are required to maintain the holiday home to the letting standard required by Park Resorts. Your rent ledger account will be charged accordingly.

    5. All personal belongings must be packed up and removed from your holiday home before hiring commences. If we are required to do this on park you will incur a charge to your owners Account. Park Resorts accepts no liability for any damage incurred.

    6. You must ensure that the holiday home is vacant by 10am on the commencing date of the letting period. Failure to vacate on specified dates will result in the full value of the holiday booked for those dates being charged to the owners rent ledger account plus any other costs incurred by Park Resorts. You will not be able to gain access to the holiday home until after 4pm on the stated lettings departure date. This is to ensure that terms and conditions of the letting period are met and the holiday home can be thoroughly cleaned ready for the next holidaymakers booking or the return of you the owner for your own use.

    7. Gas and electrical appliances MUST be inspected once a year and provided with an inspection certificate. Appliances will be inspected in accordance with Park Resorts’ guidelines, which are available to view at the park Reception Office. Inspection certificates will be held on park and Park Resorts reserves the right to charge for the inspection. Such charges are payable upon rendering of the account.

    8. Any gas bottles must be stored outside the holiday home in an adequately ventilated, non- combustible area. Gas bottles will be charged as required. The amount of electricity used at your holiday home is recorded and an invoice will be sent to you at the end of the season.

    9. You must provide three labelled sets of keys per holiday home to the Holiday Sales Manager prior to hiring commencing.

    10. You must keep breaks amounting to a minimum of 42 days for your own use, which can include the breaks stated on ‘The Agreement’ as ‘owner Use’.

     

    PARK RESORTS PART:

    1. Park Resorts (the Agent) will promote holidays via some or all of the following: direct mail, brochure, print advertising, online advertising, radio, third party operators, 3rd Party affiliates and travel agents.

    2. Park Resorts will carry out all key handling services, correspondence with Customers and general administration for all bookings.

    3. Park Resorts will collect all fees from the letting Customer.

    4. Park Resorts will clean the holiday home between bookings – (any cleaning required after owner booked dates or if the holiday home does not meet the required standard will incur a charge).

    5. Park Resorts will replace any missing equipment or, breakages which have occurred during the hiring out of your holiday home and renew any Calor Gas cylinders. Replacements and gas cylinders will be charged to the owner’s account and are payable upon rendering the account.

    6. Park Resorts reserves the right to carry out all repairs to maintain the holiday home to the required standard and to charge all expenses incurred to the owner’s account.

    7. Park Resorts will arrange for the inspection of gas and electricity appliances each year and maintain them to the required standard. Appliances will be repaired or replaced if necessary at the owner’s expense.

    8. Should your holiday home be repossessed during the hiring period, Park Resorts reserves the right to reclaim any outstanding debt.

    9. Park Resorts can assist you with the drain down of your accommodation for which there is a charge or you can organise this yourselves. We will contact you at the end of the season to remind you about draining down your accommodation and at this stage we will need notification of who is to undertake this work. 

    *The following holiday parks are excluded from the £1000 owner referral amount; White Cross Bay, Gatebeck, Fallbarrow, Limefitt and Nodes Point.     10. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.
    11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
    12. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter at Charter Court, Midland Road, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 5GE within 14 days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw.

    Competition Terms

    We are Park Resorts Limited whose registered office is at 3 Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8YZ ('we' or us') and we are the promoter of our prize draws. The below terms constitute the General Terms related to competitions and prizes draws promoted by us.
