Friendly and welcoming staff

Our friendly staff will be there to welcome you upon check-in and will be on hand throughout your holiday to ensure it is a happy and memorable one, for all the right reasons. From the Holiday Team who take your booking, to the staff who check you in, to our catering and bar staff you’ll meet during the course of your holiday, and our fun and talented Teamstars who make up our entertainment team, we aim to make sure that everyone you meet is friendly and welcoming.
  • Teamstars

    Our friendly and talented Teamstars make up our crazy entertainment team! Always bright and bubbly, they organise fun sports and water activities and put on some great shows for the whole family to enjoy. You’ll see them throughout your holiday, often with Sparky and his Krew in tow.

  • Duty Manager

    If you have any problems or concerns during your holiday, or if you need to leave for any reason, please let your Holiday Sales Manager and reception team know straight away. If they are unable to help then they will arrange for you to see the Duty Manager.

  • Checking-in

    Our friendly team on reception, led by your Holiday Sales Manager, will check you into your accommodation from the earliest time possible. If you arrive before your designated check-in time, you are welcome to use the Park facilities while you wait.

  • Reception team

    The Reception team will be happy to advise on what’s happening on the Park during your break and also recommend local attractions to visit and any discounts we have secured for you. They will also be on hand throughout your holiday and aim to resolve any problems immediately so that you can enjoy the rest of your stay.

  • Holiday reservations team

    Our bright and friendly central reservations and on Park teams are always happy to hear from you, and strive to make your booking as easy as possible.

  • Customer Services

    After first discussing any issues or concerns with the reception team/Duty Manager during your holiday, you may be asked to write to our supportive Customer Services Department at our Hemel Hempstead office no later than 28 days after your holiday ends.

  • Security and other staff

    Be sure to carry your Facilities & Entertainment Passes (included FREE with your holiday) with you at all times. You will be asked to show this when entering our leisure and entertainment complexes, to ensure the safety of our staff and guests.

  • Bar, restaurant, sports & leisure staff

    You are sure to come across our courteous and friendly catering and bar staff at some point during your holiday. Our trained staff will always endeavour to accommodate any special dietary requests, where possible, and are on hand to ensure the safety of you and your family during any organised sports and water activities.
