Information about your self-catering holiday:

All bookings are subject to acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and to availability.
'No Quibble' refund
We’re so confident that you’ll be satisfied with our accommodation that everything comes with the following guarantee: If you’re not entirely satisfied with the standard of cleaning or maintenance in your accommodation and decide not to stay in it at all as a result, we will let you choose to take an alternative equivalent caravan (subject to availability) or have a full ‘No Quibble’ refund. Complete peace of mind for your holiday.
To take advantage of the 'No Quibble' refund you must NOT stay in your accommodation. If you are not satisfied on entering your accommodation you must speak to reception on the Park immediately so they are able to arrange a suitable alternative. If you stay in the accommodation overnight you will not be eligible for the refund.
Newspaper Promotional Bookings
Please note that with newspaper promotional bookings, the following terms and conditions apply. These specific terms will override any of our other Terms & Conditions that conflict with them. Please note that the rest of our Terms & Conditions, as set out below, will continue to apply to the extent that they are not overridden by the specific ones in this section.
After we have received your initial payment, we will send you a confirmation email (if you have provided an email address at the time of booking) or letter (if you have not). That will set out any additional charges that apply to your holiday and that you must pay (for example, bed linen and entertainment passes are not included in your holiday, and additional charges apply for these.)
Your total holiday cost must be paid in full within 14 days of the date the confirmation is issued to you. If your confirmation has been emailed to you, this will be within 14 days of the confirmation reaching your inbox.
If your total holiday payment has not reached us within this time, your booking will be cancelled and no refunds will be made.
No amendments can be made to the date(s) or Park(s) that your booking has been made for.
Isle of Wight ferry travel is not available through Park Resorts and must be booked through Red Funnel as per your booking information, stated either in the newspaper or on the website through which you made the booking.
The Cancellation Plan set out below is not available for newspaper promotional bookings and if you choose to cancel any such booking, no refunds will be due or paid.
Website accuracy
We take every care to ensure that the details on this website are accurate at time of going live. Pricing errors can occasionally be made, if you happen to spot an error we are under no obligation to honour this price. Photographs are taken at our Parks and are intended for guidance only. Layout plans are for illustrative purposes only. Please note that not all items will be identical at all Parks. Please note times to beach, railways and bus stops are approximate and services for these may vary or be limited. Times to attractions were sourced using www.theaa.com and are approximate. Local attractions and event dates were accurate at the time of being published but are all subject to changes made by the individual organisers and attractions. We recommend you check directly with the attraction for full details of dates, events and opening times.

Special requirements
If you have any special requests regarding your holiday accommodation or touring pitch, please advise us when making your booking. You will then need to confirm your request in writing either by post or email. Please include your telephone number in case of any query. We will endeavour to meet your requests, however this can not be guaranteed and is not a condition of booking.
Guests with disabilities
We are happy to provide as much advice and information as possible to people with disabilities who wish to holiday at our Parks. It is important that you talk to the Park direct or our reservations team before making the booking as, for example, not all Parks or accommodation are suitable for guests with disabilities and wheelchair access may be limited. The rural nature of some of our Parks may make them unsuitable for wheelchair users. Many of our Parks have caravans specially adapted for wheelchair users. Please note that due to their weight and size, our accommodation is not suitable for electric wheelchairs. All requirements must be confirmed in writing or email and are subject to availability. Special requests can not be made a condition of your booking as they are always subject to availability.
Dogs and other Pets
Holiday Accommodation:
Dogs are only permitted in Bronze accommodation
(excluding 2013 models) at a charge of £50 per dog, per week
and £30 per dog for a short break. A maximum of 2 dogs
are allowed per accommodation. Dogs are not permitted
in holiday accommodation at Eyemouth Holiday Park.
Dogs are also allowed in your tent, tourer or motorhome, the charge is £3 per dog per night, up to a maximum of 2 dogs per pitch. Dogs must never be left in a tent, tourer or motor home on their own. Doge are not permitted in Ready to Use Tents at Nodes Point Holiday Park.
General Park Requirements for Dogs
Where dogs are allowed, they must always wear a collar and identity tag and be kept on a lead under the control of a responsible adult at all times. They must not be left in accommodation unattended. Dogs and other pets are not allowed in facility buildings, restaurants or food servery areas and swimming pool areas. Dogs are allowed only in Bronze standard accommodation, excluding new model caravans. These restrictions do not apply to guide dogs. We reserve the right to require the owner of any dog or other pet to remove it from the Park if we consider it a nuisance or to be interfering with the general comfort of guests.
Certain types of dog are not permitted on any Park Resorts Park, in order to maintain the safety and well being of all our guests. These include, but are not restricted to, Pit bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasiliero and Japanese Tosa. Please contact the Park prior to booking to confirm that your breed of dog can be accepted.
Other pets may be permitted at the discretion of the Park General Manager. Please contact the Park directly to discuss charges prior to making your booking.
Cots and highchairs
Travel Cots for caravans and chalets are available at a charge of £10 per short break and £15 per week. Your travel cot must be collected from reception, where £10 deposit is also payable. This deposit will be returned to you once the travel cot is taken back to reception in the condition it was hired, at the end of your holiday. Please remember to bring your own cot linen. In most accommodation the travel cots will fit in the living room only. A limited number of highchairs can be hired at most Parks. Please contact the Park directly for details. All of the above are subject to availability. Please request at the time of booking.
Children
Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times, as they do at any of our activities or facilities. The club activities form part of our entertainment programme, and are not childcare facilities. We do not provide supervision of the children during sessions.
It is important that you always know where your children are, and that you know the times that the activities start and finish. It is particularly important that you make sure that your children understand that they should always obey the instructions of the Teamstars, The Mix Leaders, Sports Instructors and Lifeguards, so that the possibility of accidents can be reduced.
Your Holiday Environment
It is advisable to acquaint yourselves with your holiday environment as soon as you arrive. Walking over grassy and often undulating ground, or through wooded parkland may also be unfamiliar, and contain aspects of wildlife such as rabbit holes that you and your children need to avoid.
Local Authority planning constraints, that help to preserve the rural nature of the Parks, also limits the amount of street lighting that can be provided at some locations for the same reason. It is also intentionally reduced to assist our guests in having a pleasant night's sleep. Street lighting directly around the touring fields is kept at a low level to assist children to sleep at night.
So please take care when walking around the Park and remember that you are in an unfamiliar environment, particularly at night. It is always advisable to carry a pocket torch to assist you and to avoid any holiday accidents.
In line with current legislation, please note that with effect from July 1st, 2007 all Park Resorts Holiday Parks in England, Wales and Scotland follow the new legislation meaning that all their venues are designated non smoking areas. We ask holidaymakers to please refrain from smoking in their holiday accommodation.
As many of our Parks are set in rural locations, please be aware that some little insects may find their way into your accommodation, which we cannot be held responsible for.
Please take care
Please treat the property, facilities and accommodation at your Park with respect and care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. In the event that you notice damage to any facility or in your accommodation please report it to reception immediately so that we can take appropriate action. Caravans are carefully cleaned between bookings. However, they are not 'Spring' cleaned during bookings, so please assist our cleaners by leaving your accommodation how you would wish to find it.
Accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday and you may be charged for any loss or damage found. We reserve the right to enter accommodation under any special circumstances or emergencies.
Licensing Laws
In accordance with UK licensing laws, we can only sell alcohol to persons aged 18 or over. We may require you to show proof of age using an approved form of identification. We accept the following forms of ID at Park Resorts: full passport, a new style driver's licence incorporating a photograph, a valid proof of age card.
Smoking Policy
In line with current legislation, please note that with effect from July 1st, 2007 all Park Resorts Holiday Parks in England, Wales and Scotland follow the new legislation meaning that all their venues are designated non smoking areas. The legislation does not apply to holiday accommodation, although we would ask holidaymakers to please refrain from smoking in their holiday accommodation.

It is illegal to smoke inside enclosed public buildings in
England, Scotland and Wales. Outside smoking areas
will be provided. We ask holidaymakers to refrain from
smoking in the accommodation. We cannot guarantee
smoke free accommodation or any holiday home to be free
from allergens. Some accommodation offered as holiday
lets are caravans sub-let to us by owners.

Only those people listed on the Booking Confirmation can occupy your pitch and use the facilities of the Park. If this legal requirement is not met, your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave, with no refund made.

Please note that trailer tents are regarded by us as tents, and can only be booked onto Parks that accept tents. We can not accept working vehicles on site, this includes pickup trucks, vans and open back trucks.
Unreasonable behaviour
For the convenience of our guests, we reserve the right to terminate the party's holiday without compensation or refund, where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons in the holiday party might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests, our team members or staff. This may include but is not limited to verbal or physical abuse, and will be up to the management's discretion.
Infectious diseases
Infectious or contagious diseases could easily be passed
to other guests while on holiday. You must inform the
Duty Manager should you contract any such illness while
on holiday. In order to protect our guests and staff, anyone
found to have such a condition may be confined or requested
to leave the Park. Please note that in such circumstances
we are unable to offer refunds and we therefore recommend
you take out your own insurance.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your holiday, please speak to the Park Reception. In most cases they will be able to help you immediately and resolve your issue, so that you can enjoy the rest of your stay. However, if you are still dissatisfied, you must then make an appointment to see the Duty Manager and record your complaint with them. If, at the end of your holiday, you feel that we have not dealt with your complaint satisfactorily, and you would like to take it further, the person who is the lead name on the booking should contact the Customer Services Department at our Hemel Hempstead office (Swan Court, Waterhouse Street, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1FN) or email customerservices@park-resorts.com, no later than 28 days after the end of your holiday.
