Bideford Bay in North Devon sits amidst the treeline on the shores of Barnstaple Bay on the Heritage Coast. It’s just ten minutes away from the famous historic fishing village of Clovelly with its steep cobbled streets and pretty cottages. The fabulous coastal views and peaceful setting make it the perfect holiday destination for all the family to enjoy.
There are 8 parks in this region, all with their own charm. Breydon Water near Great Yarmouth gives you two parks for the price of one just across the road from each other. California Cliffs and Summerfields Holiday Parks are just outside the busy Norfolk town and a short walk from sandy Scratby beach. Heacham Beach and Manor Park are both in the North of Norfolk offering you a coastal retreat right on the beach. To the South is Kessingland Beach, situated between Lowestoft and the small coastal town of Southwold. We’ve got 2 parks in Lincolnshire, Sunnydale and Southview. Both are in countryside settings and not far from the beach and the bustling town of Skegness.
We’ve got a choice of 6 Holiday Parks in Essex, most on the coast whilst a couple have a countryside setting. Naze Marine in Walton on the Naze is just a short walk to Walton Pier and beach. Valley Farm and Martello Beach are just outside busy Clacton on Sea. Coopers Beach on Mersea Island has views across the Blackwater Estuary and direct beach access. Highfield Grange is one of our largest holiday parks with great facilities and just 5 minutes from the beach. Weeley Bridge is a lovely landscaped park with its own fishing lake and just 10 minutes from Clacton.
We’ve got 4 holiday parks on the Isle of Wight for you to choose from for your break away. Lower Hyde and Landguard Holiday Parks are both just a 5 minute drive to the beach and are set in peaceful woodland areas. Nodes Point is right on the coast with direct access to the stunning Priory Bay whilst Thorness Bay sits on the North West coastline getting the best of both worlds with a view of far-stretching fields on one side and the Solent on the other.
Kent is home to 4 of our Holiday Parks, 2 of which are on the Isle of Sheppey; Ashcroft Coast Holiday Park sits right on the coast with panoramic views of the Thames Estuary and the North Sea. Shurland Dale is just a short drive from the beach but sits just a bit further into the countryside for the best of both worlds. St Margaret’s Bay, on the South Kent coast nestles between the white cliffs of Dover and the seaside town of Deal. It’s also home to one of our hotels offering a range of Spa & Beauty Treatments. Romney Sands in Kent and Camber Sands in Sussex are both right opposite the beach, perfect for long strolls and wearing the kids out.
We have 4 Parks in the Lake District. Fallbarrow and White Cross Bay both sit directly along the shores of Lake Windermere and have stunning views every which way you turn. Limefitt is set amongst the never-ending green hills in the countryside of Windermere and a great base for those that like to walk or hike in beautiful surroundings. Gatebeck is one of our owners’ only parks and a real retreat for those that wish to have a home away from home with the Lake District on their doorstep.
Glasson Marina and Hawthorne Sands are our two owners’ only parks in the North West providing an escape from the everyday whenever you like. Ocean Edge Holiday Park sits atop of the cliffs looking over Morecambe Bay. Regent Bay is just minutes away from the seaside town of Morecambe and has great entertainment and facilities for the whole family to enjoy. Further away from the coast is Todber Valley with 360 degree views of the Ribble Valley, rolling countryside and surrounding towns.
We have 5 Holiday Parks in the North East. Cresswell Towers is a small woodland park just 5 minutes’ walk from a 6 mile stretch of sandy beach. Sister parks Sandy Bay and Church Point both have direct access to a sandy beach with rock pools and are near to the seaside towns of Whitley Bay and Blyth. Whitley Bay Holiday Park has stunning views of the famous St. Mary’s Lighthouse and is just 9 miles from the heart of bustling Newcastle upon Tyne. Crimdon Dene overlooks one of Hartlepool’s large sandy beaches and is walking distance to the Durham Coast National Nature Reserve.
We have 3 Holiday Parks in Wales. Brynowen in Borth has amazing views over Cardigan Bay on one side and the vast Cambrian Mountains on the other. Carmarthen Bay sits on the banks of the Gwendraeth Estuary, popular for sea fishing and good for dipping your toes in! Ty Mawr Holiday Park in North Wales is just a 10 minute walk from the beach and provides a great location for those wanting to explore Snowdonia just 40 minutes’ drive away.
Our 4 Holiday Parks in Yorkshire all lay along the 45 miles of stunning coastline it has to offer. Cayton Bay lies right beside the bay and is nestled between the famous seaside towns of Scarborough and Filey. Barmston Beach has direct beach access and a short drive from Bridlington with amazing view over the Yorkshire Wolds. Skipsea Sands is a large park overlooking the North Sea with its own fishing lake and duck pond. You get the best of both worlds at Withernsea Sands Holiday Park with rolling countryside on one side and a blue flag beach on the other.
