Here at Park Resorts, the central team and our 48 Park locations were all involved in voting for a charity to support over the next year as part of our corporate social responsibility. There were several great causes to choose from but the majority voted that we help and raise funds for Make-A-Wish because we share so many of the same values.

Families are at the heart of what we do ensuring they spend quality time together. This is exactly what Make a Wish does to really make a difference to children and young people who are fighting life-threatening illnesses.

We have all been touched by some of the children’s stories, what they and their families have been through and coped with and how the granting of their “wishes” not only makes a difference to their lives but also enables these families to share some precious time together that they will never forget.

Any contribution we can make will not only help grant a wish to a seriously ill child, it will also create magical memories that the families will cherish for years to come and this is something that we are very proud and honoured to support.
We try to ensure that this website has all the information you need to book the right holiday for you. Should you have any queries or special requirements not covered here, please call our Booking line on 0843 309 2597 or contact us online.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your holiday, please speak to the Park Reception. In most cases they will be able to help you immediately so that you can enjoy the rest of your stay. However, if you are still dissatisfied, you must then make an appointment to see the Duty Manager and record your complaint with them. If, at the end of your holiday, you feel that we have not dealt with your complaint satisfactorily, the person who is the lead name on the booking can write to the Customer Services Department at our Head Office (Charter Court, Midland Road, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 5GE) or email us at customer.services@park-resorts.com no later than 28 days after the end of your holiday.

We take every care to ensure that the information within this website is up to date and accurate at the time of going live. This includes information about Park Resorts and the Holiday Homes that we sell as part of the Caravan Search section. All information regarding our Holiday Homes for sale should be accurate, however there are instances when a mistake can occur. Park Resorts will be under no obligation to honour such errors.

Photographs are taken at our Parks and are intended for guidance only. Certain images are representative rather than actual images of attractions and facilities. Please note that not all items will be identical at all Parks. Layout plans are for illustrative purposes only.

Post your holiday snaps of the Park onto Facebook and we could be using your picture in our brochure and on our website. Dig out those holiday albums or get snapping when you're at your Holiday Home. Photos can be of any aspect of the Park – Caravan shots, entertainment or just simply showing what a fab time you’ve had while you're at your Holiday Home!

By posting your photos on our social network and/or website pages you are automatically giving us permission to use these shots in our brochure, on our website and in our advertising. We will always do our best to notify you if your pictures are used. We reserve the right to remove any unsuitable pictures from our Facebook and website pages.

Holidays Terms and Conditions

Holiday Accommodation:

Your accommodation is available on your holiday start date from 1.30pm if you have booked a Gold or Platinum grade, 2.30pm for Silver or Silver Plus and 4pm for Bronze. You will need to vacate your accommodation by 10am on the day of your departure. If for any reason you decide to leave before the holiday end date, we are unable to offer you a refund.

Touring & Camping Pitches:

Pitches are available from 12pm onwards on the day of your arrival. We are also happy to welcome you at the Park before check in and you can make full use of the facilities.
In order for us to prepare for our next guests you will need to vacate your accommodation or pitch by 10am on your day of departure.

Late Arrivals

If you think you’ll arrive at the Park after 7pm on the day of your arrival, please let the Park know so that we can make arrangements for you to collect your keys. Unless the Park is previously notified, you must claim your accommodation by 8am on the day after your holiday was due to start, otherwise we will treat your booking as cancelled.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept same sex groups under the age of 21 years old. Other parties of young people are accepted at the Company’s discretion. When purchasing alcohol, you may be asked to show identification to prove that you are 18. We will accept a passport, photographic driving licence or a valid proof of age card.

We try to provide a car parking space next to/or close to your accommodation, however, we cannot always guarantee this. Unfortunately, we do not accept working vehicles, pickup trucks or open back trucks on the Park.

When you make your booking, we’ll ask you for details of your permanent home address. If you’re not on the electoral register because of a recent move, we may ask you to give us a utility bill showing your new address so we can confirm your details and booking.
If you have any special requests regarding your holiday accommodation please advise us when making your booking and confirm your request in writing either by post or email including your telephone number in case of any query. We will endeavour to meet your request, however this cannot be guaranteed and is not a condition of booking.
If you have any questions or specific requirements regarding the Park or accommodation, please speak to the Park directly or our reservations team before you book. All requirements must be confirmed in writing or email and are subject to availability.

The rural nature of some of our Parks may make them unsuitable for wheelchair users and due to their weight, we are unable to permit electric wheelchairs in the accommodation.
Holiday Accommodation with dogs and other pets

Dogs are only permitted in our designated pet friendly units in Bronze, Silver, Silver Plus and Gold accommodation (excluding 2015 models) at a charge of £50 per dog, per week and £30 per dog for a short break. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per accommodation. Dogs are not permitted in holiday accommodation at Eyemouth Holiday Park.

General Park Requirements for Dogs

Where dogs are allowed, they must wear a collar and identity tag and be kept on a lead at all times. They must not be left in accommodation unattended. Dogs and other pets are not allowed in the Park buildings or pool areas. If a dog is proving to be a nuisance we reserve the right to require the owner to remove the dog from the Park. The following dogs are not permitted on our Parks: Pit-bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro and Japanese Tosa. Other pets may be permitted at the discretion of the Park General Manager. Please contact the Park prior to making your booking to discuss the charge.
Travel cots and high chairs are available to hire for £10 per short break and £15 per week, plus a £10 deposit. The deposit will be returned to you once the cot has been returned to reception in the condition it was hired. In most accommodation, cots will only fit in the living room area. Please remember to bring your own bed linen. Cots and high chairs are subject to availability and must be requested at the time of booking.
Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times, as they do at any of our activities or facilities. The club activities form part of our entertainment programme, and are not childcare facilities. We do not provide supervision of individual children during sessions. It is important that you always know where your children are, and that you know the times that the activities start and finish. Children should always obey the
instructions of the team, so that the possibility of accidents can be reduced.
It is advisable to acquaint yourselves with your holiday environment as soon as you arrive. Walking over grassy and often undulating ground, or through wooded parkland may also be unfamiliar, and contain aspects of wildlife such as rabbit holes.

Local Authority planning constraints that help to preserve the rural nature of the Parks, also limit the amount of street lighting that can be provided at some locations for the same reason. Street lighting directly around accommodation is kept at a low level to assist children to sleep at night.

As many of our Parks are set in rural locations, please be aware that some little insects may find their way into your accommodation, which we cannot be held responsible for.
Please treat the property, facilities and accommodation with respect and care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. Accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday and you may be charged for any loss or damage found.

We reserve the right to enter accommodation under any special circumstances or emergencies.
Only those people listed on the booking can occupy your accommodation and use the facilities of the Park. If this requirement is not met, your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave, with no refund made. If you have any friends who wish to visit you while you are staying with us, please
see the Duty Manager who will advise you of the day pass charge, per person.

It is illegal to smoke inside enclosed public buildings in England, Scotland and Wales. Outside smoking areas will be provided. We ask holidaymakers to refrain from smoking in the accommodation.

We cannot guarantee smoke free accommodation or any holiday home to be free from allergens. Some accommodation offered as holiday lets are caravans sub-let to us by owners. If there is problem with your accommodation unit on arrival (e.g. condition and cleanliness), you will need to inform reception immediately so they can help rectify the problem. If you are still unhappy after the Park has tried to rectify the situation, you can leave the
Park on the day of your arrival and we will refund the full cost of your holiday accommodation. Travel expenses and holiday extras will not be refunded.

Bookings made through newspaper promotions do not include entertainment passes or bed linen. Please refer to newspaper promotions terms and conditions for
further information.
Only those people listed on the Booking Confirmation can occupy your pitch and use the facilities of the Park. If this legal requirement is not met, your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave, with no refund made.

One tourer, motorhome or tent only is permitted per pitch. If your caravan or motorhome is larger than 12ft, please contact the Park of your choice. Please note that trailer tents are regarded by us as tents, and can only be booked onto Parks that accept tents. We can not accept working vehicles on site, this includes pick-up trucks, vans and open back trucks.
Infectious or contagious diseases could easily be passed to other guests while on holiday. You must inform the Duty Manager should you contract any such illness while on holiday. In order to protect our guests and staff, anyone found to have such a condition may be confined or requested to leave the Park. Please note that in such circumstances we are unable to offer refunds and we therefore recommend you take out your own insurance.
Prices shown are inclusive of VAT at a rate of 20%. The prices shown online on the Park pages are ‘from’ prices and are subject to change depending on availability, market pressures and if there is a change in value added tax or any other tax applicable to your holiday.

The price of your holiday is based on the prices available at the time of booking and cannot be amended at a later date, if we have reduced the prices due to a promotional offer. Whilst our Reservations Team will always try to give accurate information and price quotations to telephone enquiries, we cannot accept responsibility for such information unless it’s confirmed by us in writing.

Promotional codes can only be redeemed at the time of booking and cannot be added to the booking at a later date.

Some accommodation is sub-let by us on behalf of private owners who are not registered for VAT. In such cases the price shown in the brochure does not include VAT on the booking charge, but does include a handling fee (which includes VAT). In any event the price shown remains the same.

The minimum holiday cost, after discounts, must be £59 for a 3 or 4 night break, £109 for 7 nights and £39 for 2 nights.
On Park entertainment and access to facilities is included in the price of your holiday, unless otherwise stated. This element of the inclusive holiday cost is detailed below. For touring & camping holidays, your pitch price includes 4 entertainment passes which permits access to the facilities & entertainment. Additional passes for camping & touring customers are available at the Park for £5 per person.

Indoor and outdoor swimming pools are subject to seasonal opening times. You will receive entertainment passes appropriate to your party size or accommodation berth total. These must be carried at all times as our staff carry out regular and random checks when entering the facilities and entertainment.

On arrival you will be issued with a safety guide, please ensure you read through this carefully and adhere to the guidance given in the leaflet. Please note that a responsible adult or parent must accompany children under 8 years of age or all non-swimmers under the age of 14 in the swimming pools, keeping an eye on children at all times. One adult can accompany a maximum of 2 children, under 8 years of age. Children under 1 metre in height are
not permitted to use the flumes. Please note that session bathing may apply at certain Parks. Other facilities may also have height and age restrictions. Please check at the time of booking.

The operation of our Parks is subject to legislation and the guidelines laid down by the Health & Safety Executive and Local Authorities and their codes of practice. We reserve the right to adjust our services in order to meet these standards.

It is possible that in some circumstances accommodation, entertainment or a facility may have to be temporarily withdrawn due to maintenance, renovation, adverse weather conditions, changes in legislation, or any other factor outside our control. We reserve the right to make such
alterations in the above circumstances without prior notice, and are unable to accept liability for the loss of an advertised facility, or to
pay compensation for any inconvenience caused. Should changes occur from the services advertised in our brochure or on the website we will advise of these changes, where made prior to booking and at booking and will use reasonable endeavours to advise guests already booked if any changes made after their booking and before their holiday commences.

Holidaymakers are not permitted to bring their own alcohol into the entertainment complex or bar. Possible function noise may be heard from outside of the entertainment complex depending on the vicinity of your accommodation to the complex.

Due to the increasing popularity of Park Resorts holidays we often receive requests from TV and other companies to film or take photographs on our Parks including shooting our own promotional material. Every effort is made to ensure filming or photography does not intrude on your holiday and we will always endeavour to ensure that it is made clear to guests when taking place.

Consent will be sought to film or photograph individuals before it takes place by the company taking the film or photographs, but please ensure you and your family are aware of the positioning of cameras at all times. We will not accept responsibility if, contrary to your wishes, you appear on film or in photographs and we will not make any payments as a result. We will remove the photo from our image gallery, but the photo will remain on pre-printed
material, including the brochure.

No photography is allowed to be taken in the swimming pool areas, unless organised by Park Resorts for promotional purposes and with the consent of the individuals being photographed.
The information you give us in connection with your booking is held securely on our computer system and dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act. By providing us with the information you are deemed to accept this and to have the consent of all members of your party to Park Resorts holding this
information for the purposes of your holiday booking, to help us improve our service to you and to provide you with information about our holidays. If you would prefer not to receive promotional information from Park Resorts, then please contact us at Park Resorts Ltd, Charter Court, Midland Road, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 5GE.

We will not disclose this information to any person outside Park Resorts Ltd without your agreement, other than our agents and contractors for the purpose of your holiday booking, unless we are legally required to do so or for crime prevention purposes. We have CCTV cameras at some locations at our holiday Parks for crime prevention and safety reasons.
We are happy to accept Leisure Vouchers (terms & conditions apply) as payment towards your Park Resorts holiday (this excludes your deposit). If you wish to redeem vouchers against a booking, you can only book via the Park Resorts Hotline on 0843 309 2727 and state at the time of booking that you wish to
use your vouchers. Vouchers cannot be used on bookings made via the Park Resorts website or third parties or used to purchase goods or services on the Park. Please send all vouchers to the address on the right and arrange for the balance to be paid by debit/credit card at the time of booking. All payments must be received within 3 working days after your booking has been made. Park Resorts do not accept any liability for lost or stolen vouchers (we recommend recorded post).

Details of the Isle of Wight ferry arrangements will be confirmed to you on your confirmation. On arrival at the port you need to quote your ferry reference and tickets will be issued. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your departure time. No commercial vehicles, mini buses or vans over 5m in length are permitted. Please call us to confirm before booking. Your requested sailing time and port is subject to availability. We will endeavour to meet
your request, however, this cannot be guaranteed so the nearest time available to your request will be confirmed for you.

Where you take up the additional offer of ferry travel, all party members are subject to the terms and conditions of the service operator(s). Full details are available on request.

We cannot be held responsible for any unusual or unforeseen circumstances, including delays or breakdowns, on the part of ferry operators, which are beyond our control.

If you wish to change a ferry crossing date or time, we will happily make this amendment for you, subject to availability; however, there will be a £20 amendment fee.

Your deposit per Holiday Home is all that we require to secure your booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday start date. If the holiday balance is not paid within the allocated time, your booking may be cancelled due to nonpayment, without prior notice. Cancellation Plan Premium must be paid at the time of booking.

All bookings made within 8 weeks of the holiday start date must be paid for in full including any Cancellation Plan required. £50 per unit is considered as a deposit even when the holiday is paid in full at time of booking. Please bring your final confirmation with you and present it on arrival. As part of our drive to become a greener company and help the environment, we will charge a £2 fee for all postal communications.

Please note we do not accept cash on arrival.

Enjoy the speed and convenience of paying by debit or credit card. There is no charge for payments made by debit cards. Because we incur credit card charges when you book, we do charge just 1.5% for all credit card payments to help cover this cost. This cost is subject to change. We charge an additional £7 bank charge, per transfer, for payment transfers from abroad.

Payment can be made by cheque, which must be received within 5 working days of making your provisional booking. Please make cheques payable to Park Resorts Ltd. and send to Holiday Accounts at the address below. Please ensure that the name of the lead booker printed on the holiday confirmation,
your booking reference number and Park you will be staying at are clearly written on the back of the cheque.

If you come away with friends or family members, a special occasion, a trip away with your club, association or even a large event, we can help make your next group holiday extra special! We welcome small to large groups for weekend and midweek short breaks or 7 night stays.

All bookings are subject to acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and to availability.
In accordance with UK licensing laws, we can only sell alcohol to persons aged 18 or over. We may require you to show proof of age using an approved form of identification. We accept the following forms of ID at Park Resorts: full passport, a new style driver's licence incorporating a photograph, a valid proof of age card.
In line with current legislation, please note that with effect from July 1st, 2007 all Park Resorts Holiday Parks in England, Wales and Scotland follow the new legislation meaning that all their venues are designated non-smoking areas. The legislation does not apply to holiday accommodation, although we would ask holidaymakers to please refrain from smoking in their holiday accommodation.
For the convenience of our guests, we reserve the right to terminate the party's holiday without compensation or refund, where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons in the holiday party might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests, our team members or staff. This may include but is not limited to verbal or physical abuse, and will be at the management's discretion.
We accept no responsibility for information on the website relating to local attractions, including details of distances, timings and activities. We provide this in good faith for information purposes only but make no recommendations in respect of any attraction, have not verified that the listed details are accurate or up-to-date and accept no responsibility for any reliance by you on them. You must make your own enquiries and arrangements (including, where appropriate, having any necessary insurance cover in place) regarding the attractions with the operators and local tourist information centres.

Where we list local attractions, we do not do so as agent for the owner or operator of any attractions and so have no liability for any loss or damage suffered by you whether in contract or negligence as a result of any reliance on the information contained herein, or for any loss or damage suffered by you in visiting or purchasing any ticket for any such attraction.

Conditions of Booking

The following terms and conditions (the booking conditions) and the provisions contained in the ‘Information About Your Holiday’ and ‘Easy Ways to Book’ sections of our website will apply to your booking.

The person who books the holiday by telephone, internet, on Park or travel agent will be accepting the booking conditions on behalf of the holiday party. Please ensure you read and understand the booking terms and conditions prior to booking.

A contract will come into existence between you and the company which owns the Park for which you have made your booking. (please refer to the registered offices at the top of the page). The contract binds you and all the members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in these terms and conditions of booking. Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract and loss of the booking.

We reserve the right to decline or terminate the booking of any guest(s) whose behaviour interferes with the general comfort and safety of other guests and staff. In this event no refunds will be made. This may include, but is not limited to, verbal or physical abuse and will be up to the management’s discretion. We cannot be held responsible for other people’s behaviour whilst on holiday with us.
Please check your holiday confirmation and advise us of any errors within 24 hours, or you will incur an amendment or cancellation fee. After you have paid your deposit you may wish to change some elements of the holiday, e.g. type of accommodation or lead name. We will try to meet your request; however, a charge of £20 per alteration to the holiday will apply (outside of 56 days of travel). Substantial changes, such as a change of location or holiday date will be treated as a cancellation (see right).

Any changes must be made at least 8 weeks before the holiday date, and be confirmed to us in writing by the lead bookers name printed on the holiday confirmation, or their Travel Agent. Where changes are sought to be made within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday it will be treated as a cancellation, and be subject to cancellation charges as outlined on the right. We do not transfer holidays from the current season to the next season. The booking will have to be cancelled and the cancellation charges, as per the section on the right, will apply. If a refund is due, this will be credited back to you or transferred to next season’s booking.

For any queries relating to special requirements or information about the Park you are holidaying with, please telephone the Park direct. You will find the direct telephone numbers on the individual Park pages.
It may be necessary to cancel your holiday due to illness, accident or change of circumstances. If you have taken out our cancellation plan, payments arising from cancellation may be covered as detailed below.

As soon as you know you need to cancel, you must confirm the cancellation by writing to our Holiday Admin Team via email to holiday.admin@park-resorts.com, by letter to the head office address or see your travel agent and confirm the cancellation in writing.

The letter/email must be signed (where possible) by the person who made the booking or their travel agent. If you have not taken out our cancellation plan, cancellation charges are calculated as per the table below.

If you have not arrived by 8am on the morning after your break was due to commence or contacted the Park concerned to confirm when you will arrive, we will assume that the break is cancelled and the total holiday cost including the Cancellation Plan, fees and postal charge will be forfeited.

Proof will be required in writing, by recorded delivery prior to the confirmed start date of your holiday. This will need to be as follows:

Once covered by our Cancellation Plan and one of the above categories applies, you will be entitled to a full refund of all holiday monies paid, subject to an administration charge of your deposit and the Cancellation Plan fee. If the Cancellation Plan is not taken out at the time of booking, we recommend you make your own arrangements Please note the sliding scale of monies payable, under Conditions of Booking, should you not participate in the
Cancellation Plan.
We always do our best to limit any changes to your holiday during your stay, however we cannot accept responsibility nor compensate for circumstances such as *force majeure. *Force majeure means circumstances beyond our control including (but not limited to) industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, technical problems, bad weather and acts of government.
We try very hard to provide all facilities and entertainment as advertised in our brochure and website. It may however be necessary to make some alterations in advance of your holiday.

If such a change is made we will endeavour to advise you, or your travel agent in writing as soon as possible, and give you the options in the section entitled ‘If we cancel your booking’. For minor or last minute alterations, please see the individual Parks webpage or Facebook page.
We always endeavour not to change the date or cancel your booking, but in exceptional circumstances this may be necessary. We will inform you of the change of date or cancellation as soon as possible and give you the following options:

a. accept the alternative arrangements as notified to you
b. choose another available break from us at the advertised price
c. cancel your holiday with a full refund of any money you have paid.

We do not pay compensation in circumstances where we have to cancel your booking including those arising from *force majeure.

*Force majeure means circumstances beyond our control including (but not limited to) industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, technical problems, bad weather and acts of government.
We accept responsibility for those arrangements for your holiday that are within our control, but we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party unless there was wilful default by us, our employees or agents. Please note that your personal belongings are your responsibility at all times and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.

You must make your own enquiries and arrangements (including, where appropriate, having any necessary insurance cover in place) regarding the attractions with the operators and local tourist information centres. Stay 5 nights and get 2 nights free with the following terms and conditions. Cheapest 2 nights will be free. Valid for holiday start dates between 18 July – 28 August. Excludes August Bank Holiday weekend. Holiday Parks excluded from the offer are Manor Park, Landguard & Camber Sands. Two nights free when 5 nights or more are booked consecutively in one booking. If someone books 14 nights, they still just get 2 nights free.
Details of the Isle of Wight ferry travel arrangements will be confirmed to you on your confirmation. Follow the link in your email confirmation or call us to request your promotional ferry crossing. Please check the details and all you need to do is quote your ferry reference at the port where tickets will be issued. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your departure time. For our Isle of Wight Ferry Department call 0843 309 2500, Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Sunday - closed.

The inclusive ferry offer applies to some Static Holidays, and may include static caravan accommodation, chalets and lodges only. Camping and Touring bookings are excluded from the inclusive ferry offer

Please note: Ferry travel for newspaper promotional bookings is not available through Park Resorts and must be booked through Red Funnel according to the booking information stated either in the newspaper or on the website through which your booking was made.
To confirm your holiday

To confirm your holiday please pay your balance within 14 days of the issue date on your first holiday confirmation. Linen and Entertainment passes are optional extras. If you do not require either of these please call us immediately to remove them. All other charges are mandatory. Where the balance is not received within 14 days of the issue date on your first confirmation, bookings will be cancelled without any refunds made. No reminder letters are sent in the post. No vouchers of any description are accepted as full or part payment towards a promotional booking.

If you supplied an email address at time of application/booking, you will receive your holiday confirmation only by email. Postal copies can be requested, subject to postal charge.

Upgrades and break extensions are subject to availability under the newspaper promotion allocation, and some dates may be excluded. All charges under this promotion including optional extras are non-refunable.

Arrival and departure times

Check in times are as follows, if you have not upgraded you may check in from 4pm, Silver & Silver Plus accommodation guests may check in from 2.30pm and all our Gold & Platinum accommodation guests can check in from 1.30pm. In order for us to prepare for our next guests we do ask that you vacate your accommodation by 10am on your day of departure.

Late arrivals

If you expect to arrive after 7pm on the first day of your stay, please let the Park know so that we can make arrangements for you to collect your keys. Unless the Park is previously notified, you must claim your accommodation by 8am on the day after your holiday was due to start, otherwise we will treat your booking as cancelled.

Great family holidays

Park Resorts and their facilities are intended for family holidays. We are therefore sorry that we cannot accept any parties of single people under the age of 18. Other parties of young people are accepted only at the Company’s discretion.

Special requirements

If you have any other special requests regarding your holiday accommodation please advise us when making your booking and confirm your request in writing either by post or email. Please include a phone number in case of any query. We will endeavour to meet your requests, however this cannot be guaranteed and is not a condition of booking.

Guests with disabilities

If you have any questions or specific requirements regarding the Park or accommodation, please speak to the Park directly or our reservations team before you book. All requirements must be confirmed in writing or email and are subject to availability. The rural nature of some of our Parks may make them unsuitable for wheelchair users and due to their weight, we are unable to permit electric wheelchairs in the accommodation

Dogs and other Pets

Dogs are only permitted in our designated pet friendly units in Bronze, Silver, Silver Plus and Gold accommodation (excluding 2015 models) at a charge of £50 per dog, per week and £30 per dog for a short break. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per accommodation. Dogs are not permitted in holiday accommodation at Eyemouth Holiday Park. Where dogs are allowed, they must wear a collar and identity tag and be kept on a lead at all times. They must not be left in accommodation unattended. Dogs and other pets are not allowed in the Park buildings or pool areas. If a dog is proving to be a nuisance we reserve the right to require the owner to remove the dog from the Park. The following dogs are not permitted on our Parks: Pit-bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro and Japanese Tosa. Other pets may be permitted at the discretion of the Park General Manager. Please contact the Park directly to discuss the charge.

Cots and highchairs

Travel cots for caravans and chalets are available at a charge of £15 for a week or £10 per short break. Please remember to bring your own cot linen. In most accommodation the travel cots will be positioned in the living room. A limited number of highchairs can be hired at most Parks. All of the above are subject to availability.

Children

Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times, as they do at any of our activities or facilities. The club activities form part of our entertainment programme, and are not childcare facilities. We do not provide supervision of individual children during sessions. It is important that you always know where your children are, and that you know the times that the activities start and finish. Children should always obey the instructions of the team, so that the possibility of accidents can be reduced.

Your holiday environment

It is advisable to acquaint yourselves with your holiday environment as soon as you arrive. Walking over grassy and often undulating ground or through wooded parkland may also be unfamiliar, and contain aspects of wildlife such as rabbit holes. Local Authority planning constraints that help to preserve the rural nature of the Parks, also limit the amount of street lighting that can be provided at some locations for the same reason. Street lighting directly around accommodation is kept at a low level to assist children to sleep at night. As many of our Parks are set in rural locations, please be aware that some little insects may find their way into your accommodation, which we cannot be held responsible for.

Please take care

Please treat the property, facilities and accommodation at your Park with respect and care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. In the event that you notice damage to any facility or in your accommodation please report it to Reception immediately so that we can take appropriate action. Accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday and you may be charged for any loss or damage found. We reserve the right to enter accommodation under any special circumstances or emergencies.

Licensing Laws

Use of your Holiday Home

Only those people listed on the booking can occupy your accommodation and use the facilities of the Park. If this requirement is not met, your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave, with no refund made. If you have any friends who wish to visit you while you are staying with us, please see the Duty Manager who will advise you of the day pass charge, per person. It is illegal to smoke inside enclosed public buildings in England, Scotland and Wales. Outside smoking areas will be provided. We ask holidaymakers to refrain from smoking in the accommodation. We cannot guarantee smoke free accommodation or any holiday home to be free from allergens. Some accommodation offered as holiday lets are caravans sub-let to us by owners. If there is problem with your accommodation unit on arrival (e.g. condition and cleanliness), you will need to inform reception immediately so they can help rectify the problem. If you are still unhappy after the Park has tried to rectify the situation, you can leave the Park on the day of your arrival and we will refund the full cost of your holiday accommodation. Travel expenses and holiday extras will not be refunded. Bookings made through newspaper promotions do not include entertainment passes or bed linen. Please refer to newspaper promotions terms and conditions for further information.

Unreasonable behaviour

For the convenience of our guests, we reserve the right to terminate the party’s holiday without compensation, where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons in the holiday party might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests, our team members or staff.

Infectious diseases

Infectious or contagious diseases could easily be passed to other guests while on holiday. You must inform the duty manager should you contract any such illness while on holiday. In order to protect our guests and staff, anyone found to have such a condition may be confined or requested to leave the Park. Please note that in such circumstances we are unable to offer refunds and we therefore recommend you take out insurance.

Availability of facilities and entertainment

On Park entertainment and access to facilities are included in the price of your holiday, unless otherwise stated. This element of the inclusive cost can be found online at www.park-resorts.com/ terms-and-conditions. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools are subject to seasonal opening times. You will receive entertainment passes appropriate to your party size or accommodation berth total. These must be carried at all times as our staff carry out regular and random checks when entering the facilities and entertainment. On arrival you will be issued with a safety guide, please ensure you read through this carefully and adhere to the guidance given in the leaflet. Please note that a responsible adult or parent must accompany children under 8 years of age or all non-swimmers under the age of 14 in the swimming pools, keeping an eye on children at all times. One adult can accompany a maximum of 2 children, under 8 years of age. Children under 1 metre in height are not permitted to use the flumes. Please note that session bathing may apply at certain Parks. Other facilities may also have height and age restrictions. Please check at the time of booking. The operation of our Parks is subject to legislation and the guidelines laid down by the Health & Safety Executive and Local Authorities and their codes of practice. We reserve the right to adjust our services in order to meet these standards. It is possible that in some circumstances accommodation, entertainment or a facility may have to be temporarily withdrawn due to maintenance, renovation, adverse weather conditions, changes in legislation, or any other factor outside our control. We reserve the right to make such alterations in the above circumstances without prior notice, and are unable to accept liability for the loss of an advertised facility, or to pay compensation for any inconvenience caused. Should changes occur from the services advertised in our brochure or on the website we will advise of these changes, where made prior to booking and at booking and will use reasonable endeavours to advise guests already booked if any changes made after their booking and before their holiday commences. Holidaymakers are not permitted to bring their own alcohol into the entertainment complex or bar.

Travel arrangements

Where you take up the additional offer of ferry travel, all party members are subject to the terms and conditions of the service operator(s). Full details available on request. We cannot be held responsible for any unusual or unforeseen circumstances, including delays or breakdowns, on the part of ferry operators, which are beyond our control. Please note free ferry travel on selected dates only is applicable to one car and up to 6 passengers per unit of accommodation booked.

TV filming & photography

Due to the increasing popularity of Park Resorts Holidays we often receive requests from TV and other companies to film or photograph on our Parks including shooting our own material. Every effort is made to ensure filming or photography does not intrude on your holiday and we will always endeavour that it is made clear to guests when taking place. Please ensure you and your family are aware of positioning of cameras at all times. We will not accept responsibility if, contrary to your wishes, you appear on film or in photographs and we will not make any financial award or payment of any kind.

Data Protection

The information you give us in connection with your booking is held securely on our computer system and dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act. By providing us with the information you are deemed to accept this and to have the consent of all members of your party to this. We keep this information to help us to improve our service to you with information about our holidays by telephone, e-mail and post. If you would prefer not to receive this information, please contact us at Park Resorts, Charter Court, Midland Road, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 5GE. We will not disclose this information to anyone outside Park Resorts Ltd. other than our agents and contractors for the purpose of carrying out your instructions, unless we are legally required to do so for the purpose of crime prevention. We use CCTV cameras at some locations at our holiday parks for crime prevention and safety reasons.

If you have a comment

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your holiday, please speak to the Park Reception. In most cases they will be able to help you immediately so that you can enjoy the rest of your stay. However, if you are still dissatisfied, you must then make an appointment to see the Duty Manager and record your complaint with them. If, at the end of your holiday, you feel that we have not dealt with your complaint satisfactorily, please write to the Customer Services Department at our Hemel Hempstead office (see below) or email us at customer.services@park-resorts.com no later than 28 days after the end of your holiday.


Conditions of booking - The Holiday Contract

The terms and conditions of your booking are as per the terms you agreed to in the newspaper when filling in your application form or booking your holiday on the internet. No amendments/transfers under any circumstances or refunds are permitted.

Insurance

If you took up the offer of insurance at the time of filling in your application form you should receive your policy from the organiser of the promotion approximately 7-14 days after receipt of your confirmation. This Policy is not with Park Resorts and no refund is offered in cases of cancellation. It is the customers own responsibility to take our cancellation cover.

If we make any major alterations to your booking

We try very hard to provide all facilities and entertainment as advertised in our brochure. It may however be necessary to make some alterations in advance of your holiday. If such a change is necessary, we will endeavour to advise you, or your travel agent in writing as soon as possible, and give you the options in the section entitled ‘If we cancel your booking’. For minor or last minute alterations, please see the section entitled ‘Availability of facilities and entertainment’.

If you cancel your booking

If you wish to cancel your booking please email holiday.admin@park-resorts.com or write to Holiday Administration at the address stated below. No refunds will be given and bookings will not be transferred to a new date or location under any circumstances. This is in line with the terms and conditions of the promotion.

If we cancel your booking

We always endeavour not to change the date or cancel your booking, but in exceptional circumstances this may be necessary. We will inform you of the change of date or cancellation as soon as possible and give you the following options. a. accept the alternative arrangements as notified to you b. choose another available break from us at the advertised price In all circumstances including those arising from *Force Majeure, we do not pay compensation.

Changes to your holiday during your stay

We limit changes to your holiday during your stay, however we cannot accept responsibility or compensation for circumstances such as *force majeure. *Force Majeure means circumstances beyond our control including (but not limited to) natural disasters, fire, technical problems, bad weather and acts of government.

Limitation of Liability

We accept responsibility for those arrangements for your holiday that are within our control, but we cannot accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party, unless one of the following applies:

(1) there was wilful default by us, our employees or agents; or
(2) death or personal injury was caused by the negligence of Park Resorts, our employees or agents.

No action can be taken in respect of any complaint not brought to the attention of the Park Duty Manager. Please see the section entitled ‘If you have a comment’ for full details of our customer services policy.

If you do not hear from Park Resorts after 14 days of making your booking request with the newspaper the onus is on the customer to contact the newspaper directly.

GENERAL TERMS
We are Park Resorts Limited whose registered office is at 3 Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8YZ ('we' or us') and we are the promoter of our prize draws.

You must be a resident of and be aged 18 or over to enter our prize draws.  Employees of Park Resorts Limited (or any other companies in the same group as Park Resorts Limited) are not eligible to enter any of our prize draws.
No employee of any organisation professionally involved in a prize draw and no close relatives of any of those employees, are eligible to enter the prize draw.  Proof of identity and age may be required when claiming a prize.
We are not obliged to accept any entry for a prize draw which does not comply with these Rules or any additional rules set out in our Promotional Material for the prize draw. In addition, we may discount any entry which is incomplete or corrupted or which contains any information which we reasonably believe is false or inaccurate.
Entry to the competition begins on Monday 1st of December 2014 with the competition closing on Sunday 28th of December 2014.  There are 4 separate competition closing dates, related to the week-long competitions.  These individual closing dates are as below:

Winners of the prize draw will be drawn at random, based on the location of a Facebook ‘tag’ above a competition prize before the closing date and time for the prize draw.

Once accepted and claimed, you will receive a voucher in the post that entitles you to 1 free short break (3 nights Fri-Mon or 4 nights Mon-Fri).  You will need to provide Park Resorts a valid UK postal address when requested to claim this prize.
Free break is valid for a Gold grade, 2 bedroom caravan that sleeps up to 6 people.
